Since I have be using it from past 3Months, I'm happy with it. If you need customisation in your refrigerator then its for you. Pros - It can make your stored items cooled enough and switches to change the temperature.Its 324Litre if you belong to a compact family then its for you just like 3to 4 member. It has a white LED light instead of warm light it get bright enough. If you accidentally open the fridge for long its started its alarm function. You get a indicatior in front to control your refrigerator's and freezers temp. If you're planning to store frozen food for long it a best choice Freezer can go about -15° to -23° and from 1° to 7° and also have 5mode for various purposes Cons- It has a poor deodrizing technical sometimes I start smelling badly but if its get too much you should call to customer care for servicing and replacing the filter. Poor slidders slots for tray everytime you need to your your both hands to prevent the trays from falling and space for keeping bottle is small you can store 2L of 6 bottle only. Overall its a good product its a value for actually I got it ₹10,500 cheaper then from loca market so better you can go with it

Amazon and Samsung selling defective products.. do not buy from Amazon. There is cooling issue with the product. Samsung will not respond. You can't notify it with in return policy ends. Be away from Amazon and Samsung

Received with minor dent. Actually the product is decent but its not 5 in 1 as mentioned in Specifications and the video. Pls see the snaps I have uploaded the Pic 1 - The snapshot from the product video Pic 2 - The picture of Temp Control panel of actual product. The Model I received doesnt have 'Home Alone Mode' in which you can switch off the Refrigerator compartment and use the Freezer compartment only in Refrigerator mode. The specifications Amazon showing are misleading. Even on Official Samsung website the same false information is displayed. Those who want true 5-in-1 mode, dont purchase this model.

Bought in August 2018. PRO's 1 Looks good 2 Is spacious. Very few other modelsbrands have similar capacity options available. Freezer is very big. Vegetable section is big enough to hold multiple days items. 3 Freezer can be converted into refrigerator section for functions. However I recently had a function and did not feel the need to do it as the refrigerator section is large enough to handle small family gathering. 4 Samsung support is responsive CON's 1 This is supposed to be a less noise model as advertised on the listing itself. However I would not agree to it. My earlier 7 years older videocon refrigerator made less noise. This model has 2 status - either it is silent or it makes a lot of noise randomly including sound of popping, water flowing, heavy vibrations. 2Raised multiple service requests for the noise problem in these 4 months but when the technician visits, either the refrigerator is not making noise and I do not have control on when it will make the noise OR the technician will start an app on mobile and record the noise and state that he will update the service report. In both the cases, I have now realised that they do not know how to identify the root cause and resolve the problem OR it is a known issue to them and they have no intent on solving it. VERDICT I would not suggest this as today almost every refrigerator will give you the cooling, but the noise levels are not something we need to compromise on. Also the freezer convert feature seems like a feature which will never be used atleast by me who is an average family customer. Hope this helps.

1 star less coz it took 10 days to get delivered, although refrigerator had reached Hyderabad in 3 days which is just 3hr away from my city, surprisingly the courier guys decided to take a tour of Karnataka and kept traveling for remaining 7 day and was finally delivered on 10th day. 4 star's for getting 10k less then local price and delivering without any damage. And Samsung is a world class brand so no question of its quality.

The inner space is lesser then expected and a little space for bottles also the vet compartment is big but to be honest I can not put one veg on top of the other so no point really

I am confused with the convertible mods. Even when I switch freezer off .. freezer is cold, wondering does convertible mods really work ?

Would like to inform you that I received the refrigerator. One of the wheels was damaged. The person who came to install has viewed and taken photographs. Since I do not have the habit of returning articles I am buying the wheel from the Samsung service center at a cost.

I called Samsung technician for installation and demo of the fridge only to discover that the Refrigerator is defective. I talked to amazon customer care they haven’t done anything yet.
