  Brought yesterday and unpacked today. In amazon product description say this model is convertable. But this is not convertable confirmed by LG technician. So if ur looking for convertable than this is not right product. Our expectation gone lost with amazon.

  It’s internal light fused twice within one month of the purchase. Technician said it is because of moisture attracted while opening the fridge door. Otherwise the fridge is good.

  I have a very bad experience on this. The description doesn't match the product. I purchased this product on 4th Oct 2019 thinking this is a convertible model. In the description, it is written "LG dual fridge: helps convert the freezer into fridge within 68 minutes". But, the truth is the freezer cannot be convertible to refrigerator. The technician who came for installation lied saying we can convert the freezer to refrigerator by changing the dial setting to dot option in freezer and keep vegetables and fruits. When I used the convert option as suggested by the technician and placed some vegetables in the freezer, they started getting frozen. Assuming I got a defective product, I called up the LG service looking ahead for replacing the item. But, they confirmed that this model itself is not convertible.

  LG has the best range of refrigerators in this category in terms of build quality,storage capacity and customer service.It is a bit more expensive than its counterparts but it is still a worth spend.My only qualm is that the looks of the refrigerator is still old school with large door handles.If LG can work on a more modern design it would attract more customers.

  It is not a convertible dual fridge.Freezer can't be converted to normal fridge as mentioned in Amazon website advertisement.Always beware, plastic body from inside of refrigerator broke within month,but LG refused to change it.disgusting

  Brought a LG 335 L star. Cant say much about the fridge since it's new. Storage capacity is good for 6 to 8 people. Good value for money. Didnt need a stabilizer since it take ms care of fluctuation between 110 to 330v. Packing was excellent n found no damages on delivery. Big difference with price, save nearly 10 k. After delivery within 2 hrs technician install the fridge. Technician was excellent n explained qbout the operations. Overall very happy.

  It’s a good refrigerator from LG. It’s sufficient for 2 people or even 3 people. Built quality is good only thing it lacks is some kind of led lighting in freezer compartment as it is used for storing masala other than freezing purpose.
