I brought this for 22990 after instant cash back. I did not not exchange they were giving only 1500 for old one. I got the delivery within in 1 day with Amazon prime. Installation was done in 24hrs and explained all the stuffs. This refrigerator is really cool stuff. The height, color, operation everything is too good. Cooling is really good. No sound and no heating on the sides. Worth for the money I paid. Recommend this fridge for everyone. Listen this is not convertible fridge and this is frost free refrigerator. I did research for 2weeks which one to buy. And this is the model which I got. If ur planning then go ahead.

Highly disappointed. This was my first experience in purchasing a refrigerator on Amazon. I purchased a LG 260 4Star refrigerator. The product is defective and there is absolutely no cooling. The LG technician did a horrible job on installation as well. I want to return the product and tried to reach out to Amazon. Amazon sent their technician and these Amazon technicians who are not at all trained for the job have provided evaluation that the issue is resolved. This technician who visited didn’t knw where the temperature control knob is placed inside the refrigerator. He also didn’t know the difference between dual converter fridge and a compressor inveter fridge. However the issue is not yet resolved. Such a waste of money buying electronic item on Amazon. It’s much better to visit a store, touch and feel a product before purchasing.

I didn't receive the keys for the refrigerator and when I called the customer care of LG they are saying you cant help with it .I told them that it's part of warranty.But he started speaking rudely that he can't do anything . Please Help.

The product is not functioning properly, it's stopped cooling with in 10 days of purchase. I fully disappointed. Expected lot from LG, because I m using TV and washing machine from LG only, but this product completely disappointed me. Amazon delivery and support is good. Thanks Amazon. But please beware of this kind of products before selling to customers. We believe in brand.

Bought it in only 21490. Pros: 1. Inverter Compressor. 2. 4 star rating valid for 2018 year. 3. 10 Years compressor warranty. 4. 260 liters gross volume. 237 liters usable. 5. 100-290 operating voltage. As it is inverter compressor so no need to use stabilizer. 6. Safe delivery no any dent or scratch. 7. LG service came after one day of delivery for demo and installation. Cons: So far not seen any cons. As in 21490 this is great deal.

Best fridge on budget to notch perfomance. Don't buy any other from Samsung or whirlpool. Also it's smart fridge you can diagnose with nfc on mobile app. It's really good energy saver since installment my electricity bill increased only by 10rs. The best part to mention that it was delivered without single scratch by amazon. I got it on sale too @21k. In shops they sell it @27k

Caution: Reading this is going to take a while!! Delivery: The fridge was promptly delivered on delivery date. Technician from LG came on time for installation. Vegetable compartment: The vegetables don't stay fresh for more than a day. They vegetables start to lose their texture after 24 hours in the fridge. This thing needs improvement. THE PROBLEM: After few months of use, the freezer door had water vapour at its bottom part. I read the manual to check if temperature is as advised, temperature settings were correct. First complaint to LG: On calling LG they first told me to empty the fridge and leave doors open and power off for an hour, and the issue will be resolved. I took the painas fridge had to be emptied to do as he asked but nothing changed.Then again after complaining a person came, told me issue is the handle cover, he removed it and said he will visit the next day again. But, to my surprise he closed my complaint saying it is resolved. Second complaint to LG: The same technician visited again this time he made video of the water leaking and sent it to someone at his office and said he could not figure out the problem and the decision will be made by his seniors about the course of action and I will be informed in the next 3 days about it. I got no call after 3 days so I called on the 5th day he said my senior will come to the visit. He and his senior made the video again and said headquarter will make a decision about it and I will be informed about it in the next 3 days again. I have talked to more than a dozen of LG employees till date. It has been more than 2 months of me keeping a faulty fridge at my house. and I am still waiting for a call from LG headquarter. Verdict: Don't go for this one as its not worth your bucks and the service of LG is not satisfying at all. Really dissappointed by LG. UPDATE- Recently talked to the customer care and scolding them they transferred their call to their chief. He said the door will be be change but not sure if leakage would stop. And to my surprise, he also warned me either change the door or he will close my complaint. Update 2019 sept.- The fridge continues to leak and now the cooling is reducing and the warranty is over so I have to pay for the repair but I will throw this fraud company's fridge in garbage instead of giving them any more penny from my pocket. DON'T BUY IT
