The refrigerator is spacious and good looking. Storage in the door compartment is less than in other refrigerators. The freezer cannot be locked when you lock the lower compartment which can be problematic during transportation. Have been using the fridge for 3 days and so far cooling is good. Value for money. Delivery was bang on time and delivery staff was polite and cooperative. Item delivered without a scratch and unpacked by the delivery team so that I could check out the piece. Demo was scheduled by the installation company themselves and was again bang on time. Overall a very good shopping experience.

There is a problem with the door it doesn't open properly. Too tight. Also the freezer is forming ice at a low number. Had put a replacement request but Jeeves person has come saying all fridges have a flaw. The freezer must be opened in order to open the lower door. This is not acceptable.

Do not buy any white goods from flipkart would be my advice. They are selling factory discarded defective products. The fridge we received is making big noise from compressor. We wanted to return this defective noisy product but Godrej it seems is hand in glove with Flipkart. They told us that the noise level should not exceed 60 decibels and fridge is emitting 56 db. 60 decibels itself is a very high value in the house. And that is deliberately set this way so that defects can be covered up. In a nutshell flipkart is a willing conduit for sale of defective, factory rejected products and by companies wishing not to accept their mistakes. Do not buy this fridge or any other from flipkart.
