I brought it during the recent sale. It arrived in a huge , secured package. It will not fit in small elevators. I live in 5th floor. So the delivery boys carried it all the way with two more persons I called for help. It was hard work but Amazon boys did not complain and went about their duty happily. The installation guy came the same evening. He checked the voltage and advised to buy a stabiliser. He explained about the features to the Real User - my wife. This is a very silent fridge compared to the earlier one. So far it is working well. Thanks Amazon team.

Awesome refrigerator after 9 months of usage I must say.. Brought at 50k during Great Indian Sale last year..with 3k cash back.. On top of it 1 year complimentary extended warranty by Acko...peace of mind until 2020 end.. Not an inverter refrigerator but is energy efficient and works fine with ample storage. One thing I don't like abt is no sealing on edges of door glass panel which makes it prone for stains if water enters between the door and glass panel.

It is a wonderful product with huge space, great cooling and awesome appearance. This refrigerator looks very classy due to shiny black colour. There's no noise coming from the fridge giving us the peace of mind. Don't get fooled by the name of brand, it really does well to perform at par with any leading brand. Highly recommended

Excellent product. Working great. Carrying to the 4th floor was a hassle as the delivery guys were unaware of the carrying instructions. Also were least interested in getting it up to the house. We had to arrange other guys for getting it to the house as it did not fit in the lift. Very disappointed with delivery. A vguard vg150 stabilizer is required for this fridge.

Worst fridge. Broke down within 6 months, sent 100+ emails and 100+ phone calls. No one is coming to repair the fridge

Refrigerator is Very good, storage space is good. Problem is with service of BPL. I am facing some leakage problem inside my refrigerator since last 6 months now,but I am bit getting proper service. Non if the engineers who are coming home knows what is to be done. I am trying to take regular fallup but BPL is least concerned about their customers.
