This is a noninvasive tool that can be easily attached to your fingertip, to check your pulse rate and the oxygen level in your body. Once the oximeter finishes its assessment, the oxygen percentage in your body is displayed on the LCD screen. Your SpO2 reading is an estimation of the amount of oxygen in your blood. The highly accurate device checks pulse and SpO2 blood oxygen saturation levels. The Ambitech Pulse Oximeter is meant for home as well as for professional medical usage. It is used by sports professionals and athletes to monitor their SpO2 levels and pulse. A SpO2 reading of 95% or greater is considered normal, however, a SpO2 reading of 92% or less shows poor blood saturation levels. Insufficient saturation is an indication of adverse health conditions like shortness of breath, chest pain, and increased heart rate.
