What the TV lacks is good sound output. The built-in speakers’ performance is lacklustre and to enjoy watching content on the TV, you will need to consider alternatives like a soundbar or speakers.

I purchased the Akai fire TV few days before. The overall experience has been amazing. It has a decent picture quality. It's easy to operate. The inbuilt sound is around 20W at full volume. The best part is Alexa voice search works perfectly through the remote. It is energy efficient with a auto shutdown when idle I guess it is 15 min. The installation service was also nice. Usability is wonderful so you can also easily figure out major functionalities.
At first I gave five star. Because I did not sow any problem but after purchase of 1 weak my akai remote stoped working I colled Amazon for replacement of remote they told to call akai service center I called there they told within 42 hrs my remote will be replaced but it did not happened again I called they told 24 hours again for replacement. Finaly they told please write a mail to akai we are forwarding your complain but we are not getting any answer. Dam where do I have to go for replacement of a remote. If the akai customer care is replying like this and also this fire tv will only work with fire tv remote. Other remote will not work if it stops working. Guys don't buy this tv
