Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has unveiled the Mi Note 10 in India. The device has a big 5,260mAh battery and offers support for 30W fast charging technology. The phone has a 6.47-inch FHD AMOLED display with a fingerprint reader underneath as well as a Face Unlock feature.
It is the world's first smartphone to feature a 108MP camera. The camera-centric phone has a Penta camera setup and a 32 MP selfie camera. The device has an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors and has a screen to body ratio of 87.8%. The display resolution is 1080 x 2340 pixels and it has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 ratio. The phone has a pixel density of 398 ppi and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection against scratches. The phone has an always-on display and 600 nit’s max brightness. It is available in Aurora Green, Glacier White, and Midnight Black colours. The phone has dimensions of 157.8 x 74.2 x 9.7 mm and weighs 208 grams.
On the rear, the device has a Penta-camera setup which consists of a primary 108 MP camera along with a 20 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. There is a 12 MP telephoto sensor, a secondary 5 MP telephoto sensor, and a fifth 2 MP macro camera.
Xiaomi has used a 108 MP Samsung ISOCELL HMX Bright sensor which the company says will deliver high-quality photos with better details and colours over other sensors. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has a 32 MP selfie camera which is placed in a waterdrop notch on the top of the screen.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is priced at approx. Rs 42000 in Europe and the company could launch the device in India for a slightly lower price to compete with the likes of OnePlus 7T as well as other gaming phones. The Xiaomi Mi 9 is another popular flagship model that was launched by Xiaomi earlier this year.
