The laptop is working fine. I have been using it for a little more than one year. I have faced no issues. I think its one of the best laptop in this range. I recommend 14 inch laptop rather than 15-16 inch. There are lot of neagtive reviews so in the beginning i was a little hesitant to buy this laptop. I think people who faced no issues with the product didn't submit their positive feedbacks

Hi Myself Vijay Chauhan from Thane Mumbai. I have purchased a Dell laptop few months ago. But now it's performance was degraded so I contacted support center they tried resolving remotely, Post resolution from the support team it worked for some time but now then warranty is expired and it started with previous problem... I will not suggest anyone to buy this ...
Please check all devices are working fine and are you able to open back panel. I received product with damaged back panel .
