  • The Dream Machine
    Rohan Prasad on | 01-05-2014

The ultimate dream machine for any gamer. The machine comes with intel i7 4th gen processor, 24GB RAM and nVidia GTX 770M 3GB (class 1) graphics card, 17.3" of stunning FHD 3D display with glasses and Blu ray writer. It is capable of running any games that you throw at it in the highest/ultra settings. The keyboard design is very good and give a good feedback which is essential while playing games. The arrow keys are full sized 4 keys combination instead of the half sized up and down arrow keys that most of the manufacturers give nowadays. The design is simply superb and you will fall in love with it in the first sight. The heat vents are very intelligently designed at the rear of the laptop instead of the bottom which keeps the laptop cool even if you use for more than 12 hours straight. The display quality is simply amazing and it is a pleasure to watch videos or play 3D games on this machine. At 4.5 kgs it is very heavy but I simply don't care given the specs and performance of this machine. Just buy it if you are a hardcore gamer!!! P.S - The laptop box includes the laptop, one gaming mouse, one gaming headset, one nvidia 3D vision glasses and one backpack.

  • The Best Gaming Laptop for its price
    Flipkart Customer on | 01-04-2014

I have been using this laptop for over 3 months now and I have to say this is one of the best laptops i have used. I did not buy this from flipkart. For people who are looking for an amazing gaming laptop this is the way to go. It has been rated one of the 5 best gaming laptops in 2014. For a higher price you will find an alienware but you will have to compromise on the specs, we get a gtx765m on the alienware, 32 gigs of ram and 3d, whereas we get a gtx770m here 12/16 gigs of ram. Frankly i don think we need more then 16gb of ram. and 3d is just a waste of money if u ask me.. we would hardly use it once in 3 months or so, if the source and the move/ game is worth watching. My opinion is if you want to watch in 3d you should go to the theatre. I have played crysis 3 and batman arkham city and battlefield 3 on this machine and i have got 60-80 fps in ultra setting. Battery life is also commendable You get 4 hrs on battery considering its a gaming laptop that is pretty good. The 17" full hd matte display is a good addition. But the biggest pro for this laptop is the cooling it provides. 5hrs of intense gaming and then watched a movie for 3 hrs, the temperature doesnt exceed 45 degrees. In every other site u read a review of this product you will see they tell you this is the USP of this laptop. Con I would say is they dont have a switch from in built graphics to dedicated graphics, which has a huge impact on the battery life. The intel 4th gen comes with an HD4000 graphics which is more than enough to watch a 1080p full bluray movie to general browsing. All in All very happy with my purchase and a complete bang for the buck.

  • Best Laptop on the Planet
    RV on | 01-04-2014

Maximum Performance for a very affordable price (MRP: 1,69,990). Similar config in Dell Alien-ware would cost anything around 2 Lacs. Freebies offered: Steel Series Gaming Headset, Mouse, 3D Glasses, Laptop Bag.

  • Happy with it!
    Avaneendra Goud on | 01-03-2014

Got it about 4 months back and trust me it just rocks in every aspect! Alienware aint got shit on this baby!

  • one of the best laptops ever made
Vijay Vasanthan PR on | 01-02-2014

I Bought this laptop 6 Months Back and this laptop rocks , No Problem till date . I use it for analysis . It works flawlessly. If it had a SSD it would be been more quicker , but no complains , this is the best laptop available in the market till date. Dont Invest 1,90,000 for a Alienware , instead 1, 45, 000 for this product is 100% worth.

  • RMA/Warranty procedure
    Raahul on | 01-10-2013

I would like to know the RMA/warranty procedure for this laptop. Like whom to contact if I have issues with it. And also would like to know if they have onsite warranty.

  • total MONSTER
    Suhail Ameen on | 01-09-2013

i would say if you have got the CASH and the BALLS......go get one i have been using this for last one month after my alienware got screwed.....and trust me guys its better than the M17X which costs around Rs.180000 i suppose.... total worth for all your please do not hesitate

  • Satisfactory
    Varun Batra on | 01-09-2013

Pros: No heat ups, very cool laptop. You can practically play for hours without any problems. Cons: Not really a laptop, heat sinks are where you might be having thighs when playing games specially if you are to be on bed with laptop. Core linux users - stay away. Ubuntu is having issues with display drivers, screen flashes and you always need to start in fail safe. Low quality adapter with small cord. No replacement available in India had imported longer cord already. Average sound quality and internal speaker is 2.1 and not 5.1

  • Config looks awesome
    Vasant Kamath on | 01-09-2013

I'm wanting to buy this. But waiting for price to go down a bit. Looks good.Spec are like can run everything on ultra settings. The most important part is graphics card which is 700 series so thats the best one you can get

  • Monster machine
    Jyotirmoy Paul on | 01-08-2013

Already one month over, I have been using this ROG system............ Great performance. But price mentioned here is bit high........... Gamer's mouse, headphone, 3D glass and ASUS bag are provided free........... Awesome graphics......Instant on and off.......Does not get hot....... NVIDIA Geforce GTX 770M with 3GB is cool though ASUS with 780M with 5GB is available in the international market...... Its not touch screen type since the screen is 3D...... But that really does not matter to me.....I personally hate fingerprint on the screen....
