Keyboard markings are not legible in normal lights as well as back light due to blck-pink colour combination. Not easy to identify function keys. Moreover this is not a defect as per Amazon services and product can not be returned or replaced.

Product was delivered safely and was intact. Faced issue of battery drain upon 2 days of usage and contacted support. The issue was due to uncalibrated battery. Solved it by draining and recharging the laptop 3 times. If you face this issue when operating for the first time, don't panic , itz a common issue and can be solved easily . Gaming:- With doing certain tweaks , it operates flawlessly, 60+ fps at max settings , more recent games requires some tweaks here and there . Intel i5 9300H provides great performance combined with GTX 1650 .. Note that i haven't overclocked them , neither the cpu or gpu , you can go for overclocking if you want more performance but provide better ventilation to prevent heating. I bought it for sole purpose of gaming so i don't know about its performance in editing and rendering tasks. ** Usable RAM is 7.84 GB 8 GB in Intel i5 variant which is greater than the Ryzen 5 variant of this same laptop. Ryzen 5 variant has around 5.92 GB 8GB usable RAM** Please consider the RAM before buying. It can affect performance. At last ... if you want to do gaming and codingprogramming ...go for it. Intel i5 is best for gaming only other than that go for Ryzen.

Amazing laptop!!! Outstanding performance, high performance, nice music volume, key board has purple back light which makes it look cool and attractive, good value for money.

The best gaming laptop you can get in this price range. 1. SSD slot is available 2. Speakers are loud enough 3. Gaming performance is Perfect, GTA V runs at 60 fps easily with nearly highest settings tho but becomes laggy if you play it in a high temperature environment and the keyboard starts feeling hot not that hot, the cooling system is good, but in AC room, the heating won't occur and the lag doesn't occur too. 4. The screen is shows accurate colors and blacks are nearly perfect 5. The keyboard feel is good 6. Being a gaming laptop it is not that portable. You'll have to carry it with care as the whole build is plastic 7. Even tho there is a single hinge, the screen doesn't wobble that much and I liked it. Anything used with care lasts. 8. Battery life is not that much- around 5 hours or less, also, remember to play games only when plugged in because the Laptop shifts to intel graphics automatically when on battery and high end games become unplayable. The graphic card works on charging only like all laptops 9. The i5 processor handles tasks like a breeze. Go for it, its Perfect

I was in urgent need of laptop and I bought this, overall the laptop is good but it leaves fingerprint smudges on top of the laptop. Laptop attracts dust. It is quite on the heavier side but it performs good. The only thing this laptop should include in this price is SSD. Overall laptop is good can't say it is the best in this range because asus provides ssd with the same price range then why can't HP?

Dont buy from amazon site if u wanna buy buy it from hp center or store,amazin send me al,ready replace fault laptop, when i force to exchange my window was close they do nothing, now iam facing probelm i loss my 63999rs in amazon.
