Cannot connect to the WIFI from 2nd day of purchase, not a good system to purchase. Have connected Amazon for return before the returning window but no help was received. Also now HP customer service is not ready to help.

Product delivered faulty. The key pad was not proper. Thereafter the engineer to check the product did not turn up. Repeated calls to the center went unanswered. After a 10 day period amazon agreed to take the product back from us.
