Cant run pubg pc hangs a lot

Got product within 2 days but it was defective one... Right speaker is not working and except this no issues were found. This is best laptop for gaming under 50k. I highly recommend to buy this one or you can spend some more money and go for SSD variant.
Thought that I will play games on it but could not get a chance to do so as it was confiscated by my wife :. She uses it for all her office work and never complained which is complimentary for this product. Battery life is good, decently fast and display is crisp enough.
This product is unbelievable as per the expectation. Even within two months of using,this pc started hanging and even when using a very low storage application. And for the worst, how can I go to service centre
anti-glare is upto the mark. for gaming with less budget excellent. battery life acceptable wellwhen paying games charger should be for smooth experience. not satisfied with 5000 rpm 1tb hard disk should have given less storage but little faster one. better to upgrade to ssd for smooth experience and faster boot and way faster games loading time.
Product is awesome, Amazon at least give laptop bag.
I have Acer predator and this laptop is not even closer to that , even hanging for normal games , also you cannot add m.2 ssd it's not supporting it require nvme, kindly update product description
