This laptop is like awesome .i can say proudly this is value for money product
Worst product and even worst after sales service
I have brought this laptop one month back after some days of purchase laptop suddenly use to shut down and heat up when PC is in sleep mode without use and blue screen error.
It hangs in sleep mode. You need to press reset button to shutdown the PC
No product breakage on receipt. Laptop looks sleek and has a nice finish. Only problem being you have to update the drivers once you receive since the updates installed are old ones. There seemed to be some problem with the bios initially on receipt but it didn't occur after updating the drivers from the Acer website. Also, i don't think the device fully supports Windows 10 because the infamous blue screen error keeps recurring. Fans are located at the base so don't keep the laptop on a soft surface. Otherwise, the laptop is really good, sound system and display is excellent. Would recommend.

I’m really disappointed with the product. After 1 month of purchase there’s been lot of issues. Now it looks like harddisk failure. Never go for Acer products

I am writing this review after using this laptop for a week, and it's a beast at performance, all things are great but it heats very quickly and sometimes it's trackpad stuck while charging. overall laptop is very good and value for money
Design and speed is very good. Cons - sound is very low - batter is not 10 hrs what they say but I think 6-7 max
