BlackBerry and Samsung have collaborated to offer a “spy-proof” tablet that will be used by the government agencies in Germany. The tablet is called SecuTABLET and it is based on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. It features a Secusmart Security card that is responsible for encrypting the transfer of mobile data as well as the information stored on the device. Further, the tablet is integrated with a software that provides Certificate Management for managing all keys and certifications that is stored in the Secusmart Security Card. Samsung has integrated its Knox mobile security platform on the SecuTABLET. This will be able to separate sensitive information from personal data. The device will also come with BlackBerry Hub which will organise messages, emails, calendar entries, and app notification in one place.
