The iPad Pro family of tablets was first introduced back in 2015 and has since seen updates/refreshes in 2016, 2017 and 2018. We didn’t get a refresh for the iPad Pro in 2019 so it is expected that we could get a design refresh in addition to updated specs under the hood.
We also get a refreshed iPad Air in 2019 running on the Apple A12 chip and sporting a 10.5-inch True Tone Retina Display. You can check out our review of the iPad Air here. With the 2019 refresh of the iPad Mini, we saw an update in the processor from the A8 to the A12 Bionic, along with an increase in RAM.
