Xiaomi has just launched a 34-inch curved gaming monitor. with a resolution of 3440x1440 and the reason the width is more than a traditional 1440p monitor is that the monitor has a 21:9 aspect ratio. One of the most important things in a gaming monitor is the response time and Xiaomi claims that the 34-inch curved gaming monitor has a response time of 4ms which should be ideal for gamers. To deliver an immersive viewing experience, a curved monitor needs to fit the contours of the human field of view. For this, Xiaomi claims the 1500R curvature of the monitor perfectly mimics the human field of view. It has almost no bezels on three sides of the display. As we’ve mentioned above the monitor is targetted at gamers and brings with it a resolution of 3440x1440 making it ideal for 2K gaming. It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium. The curve of the monitor is 1500R curvature which is ideal for the human field of view. The monitor has a refresh rate of 144Hz. It has a 21:9 aspect ratio. The monitor covers 121% of the sRGB colour space. It has a brightness of 300 nits and a response time of 4ms. It has a 3000:1 claimed contrast ratio.
When it comes to connectivity, the 34-inch Xiaomi curved gaming monitor has two HDMI 2.0 ports, two display ports, one audio port and one AC in. In addition to the tabletop stand, the monitor also comes with wall mount screws in case you would like to wall mount the monitor.
34-inch curved gaming monitor from Xiaomi is priced at Euro 399 (Rs 35,000 approx directly converted). There is no information on when the device will launch in India.
