Realme took the stage at an online event today to launch the Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro. The latest Realme smartphones come with a hole-punch display design. The duo runs Realme UI based on Android 10 out of the box. Moreover, Realme 6 Pro supports Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC), developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
Realme 6 Pro features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a 90.6 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, paired with Adreno 618 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x dual-channel RAM.
In the optics department, the Realme 6 Pro sports a quad rear camera setup: a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens + an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with an f/2.3 aperture + a 12MP telephoto sensor with an f/2.5 aperture + a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. It supports up to 4K video recording at 30fps frame rate and has 20x hybrid zoom. On the front lies a 16MP Sony IMX471 primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens + an 8MP secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens that has a field-of-view (FoV) of 105 degrees.
It comes with 64GB and 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage options that are expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) through a dedicated slot. Further, it has a super linear speaker and supports Dolby Atmos as well as Hi-Res Sound Quality features. It packs a 4300mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 fast charging technology. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Realme 6 features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs Realme UI based on Android 10. The handset is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T SoC, paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM. It has 64GB and 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage options that both are expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) through a dedicated slot.
On the optics front, it sports a quad rear camera as well: a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens + an 8MP ultra-wide-angle f/2.3 lens + a 2MP monochrome camera with f/2.4 aperture + a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the front lies a 16MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 lens. The phone supports features such as Portrait Mode, Timelapse, Panoramic View, AI Beauty, HDR, and Bokeh Effect.
It packs a 4300mAh battery that supports 30W Flash Charge tech. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.
The Realme 6 Price in India starts at Rs.12,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. The 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant costs Rs 14,999, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option will be up for grabs for Rs 15,999. It comes in Comet Blue and Comet White colour options. It will go on sale on March 11 at 12 PM.
On the other hands, the Realme 6 Pro price in India starts at Rs 16,999 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while its 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 17,999. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option will be made available for Rs 18,999. It comes in Lightning Blue and Lightning Orange colour options. The Realme 6 Pro will go on sale in India on March 13.
