iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max, iPhone Xr and Watch Series 4 confirmed, spotted on official Apple sitemap
The Apple product sitemap file now available on the internet has references of the iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max, iPhone Xr and even the new Apple Watch.
While every tech aficionado has been waiting for Apple to officially reveal the names of this year’s iPhones at the Apple Special Event, the company has been busy updating its product sitemap file with the names of its new devices. As per the file, which was first accessed by All Things How, the latest iPhones will be called iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr. The iPhone Xs is expected to be the model with a 5.8-inch OLED display, the one with the 6.5-inch OLED panel may be called iPhone Xs Max and the iPhone with a 6.1-inch LCD display could be the iPhone Xr. When we checked, Apple’s product sitemap link was under maintenance. The Cupertino tech giant must have caught onto the leak and taken down the page.
However, All Things How managed to save a copy of Apple's product sitemap and has even made the same available for download. In the sitemap, links to otterbox silicone and leather cases for the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max are listed in Black, White, Midnight Blue, Productured, Stone, Taupe, Saddle Brown, among other colour options. The Apple Watch Series 4 was also spotted in the official Apple sitemap.
Apple is expected to launch three new iPhones later today. Apart from the iPhones, Apple will also launch the Apple Watch Series 4 with a new edge-to-edge display design and more screen resolution. The company may also launch an iPad Pro with a design in line with the iPhones. The tablet is reported to come without the Home button and will have slimmer bezels, Face ID and USB-C port. Apple is also expected to unveil a new and a cheaper 13-inch Apple MacBook. A new pair of AirPods with better “Hey Siri” functionalities and an AirPower wireless charging mat may be on their way too.
