As per the tipster Instant Digital on Weibo, the Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max may offer a smaller Dynamic Island than the iPhone 17 Pro models. However, Apple may still miss out on the under-display Face ID.
In terms of design, the Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max may offer a subtle transparent finish, giving the device a fresh look while maintaining similar camera placement as the current series. As per the reports, the tech giant is reportedly testing a stainless steel vapour chamber to improve thermal management, potentially enabling better sustained performance during heavy use.
Speaking of the display, the iPhone 18 Pro is said to retain the 6.3-inch OLED panel while the iPhone 18 Pro Max gets a 6.9-inch OLED panel. Cameras could be the main focus as Apple may offer a variable aperture. The rumours also hint that the Camera Controls may be revamped.
