Jio has launched a Wi-Fi 6 compatible mesh extender. You can daisy-chain multiple JioExtender6 AX6600 to extend the Wi-Fi range in your house if you need to get Wi-Fi 6 speeds in every corner. The JioExtender6 AX6600 Wi-Fi 6 mesh extender is priced at Rs 25,999 and is listed on Jio’s website.

The JioExtender6 AX6600 Wi-Fi 6 mesh extender supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard. Jio claims it offers 4X increase in the network capacity. It supports speeds up to 1Gbps, but users need to be subscribed to the 1Gbps plan. The mesh extender has a compact triangular form factor with all the connectivity options housed at the back. It has two Gigabit Ethernet Ports. It also sports 128MB NAND storage and 256MB RAM. It supports 2.4GHz 570 Mbps (40 MHz), 2X2 + 5GHz: (80MHz) 1200 Mbps for Wi-Fi Devices. 5GHz: 4800 Mbps (160MHz) 4X4 for Mesh connections.
