Mention 3 Pros of your review device:
1. Bright LCD panel.
2. The brand new MediaTek Helio G90T is snappy and efficient at the same time.
3. The main 64MP sensor is versatile and delivers excellent images at day and night
Mention 3 Cons of your review device:
1. Ultra wide camera is not good
2. Amazon HD support not available
3. Youtube video is too sharp which is annoying.
Write about the performance of your review device:
Excellent, best-in-class performance with the powerful Helio G90T on board - that performs around the same level as last year's flagship Snapdragon 845 - the Redmi Note 8 Pro sails through anything you throw at it - this is essentially a top-end gaming phone on the cheap - and it has a significant edge in benchmarks over it's main competitor, the Realme XT, that packs the Snapdragon 712
Write about the software your review device:
MIUI is one of the more refined and smooth Android skins around, and has a number of add-on features and a lot of customisation option.
It's not as clean and minimalist as stock Android though - in the default setup you will get both plenty of bloatware, and ads in the UI.
Write about the battery life of your review device:
Outstanding, class-leading battery life, with a 4500mAH cell and a super-efficient chipset - you will comfortably get 2 days of use and Supports USB type c18W fast charging, that can charge the phone from 0 to 40% in about 30 minutes - and for a change (for the Redmi Note Pro series), now also includes a compatible fast charger in box.
Write about the design and display of your device:
Very good build quality and premium glass sandwich design, similar to its predecessor, the Redmi Note 7 Pro Uses Gorilla Glass 5, front and back The camera bump on the rear is on the big side for the screen size, at 200g. It's slippery like glass backs tend to be, so using a case is recommended.
Good quality, bright 6.53 inch IPS panel, with very good sunlight legibility Supports HDR - a rare find in this price range.
Your Smartphone's Camera Review
The Note 8 Pro once again delivers some superlative camera performance for the price bracket (as the Note Pro series has done for a few years now) - especially from the main 64MP camera The quad camera setup on the rear includes a 64MP primary camera + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP depth sensor + 2MP macro lens The main 64MP sensor is versatile and delivers excellent images at day and night
It is also capable of some surprisingly good 2x (digital) zoom photos eliminating the need of a cheap telephoto lens The 20MP selfie camera is also pretty good Great video recording quality overall Overall, this is now the best camera phone under INR 20k, with a slight edge over the other great camera phone of this price bracket, the Realme XT, with clearer low-light photos, and slightly sharper images
The macro and ultra-wide cameras are uninspiring - for high quality photos you will want to stick to the main camera
Video recording in 1080p could have been a bit better.
Final Verdict..!!
Absolutely. There’s nothing super revolutionary here, but for the price you pay, the package is pretty solid across the board. The quad-camera is a bit of a let-down, but is made up for by the reliable 64MP sensor. The Note 8 Pro has a good battery, decent screen, solid build quality, capable software (that, of course, adds are available), and excellent audio whether you’re wired or wireless. On the plus side, the company finally enabled HD support for Netflix

Let me highlight the pros and cons Pros. 1. Fingerprint detection is lightning fast. 2. Battery life is absolutely great. 3. Miui 11 is much better than their past UI. 4. Build quality is top notch. 5. You can use two sims plus 1 microsd separately. 6. At first i was sceptical about mediatek as in the past i encountered a lot of lagging and hanging problems but this Processor the Speed and performance is the best i have ever used on a budget phone it feels like using the Snapdragon 800 series with no problems. Great job Xiaomi. 7. I lost my led light controller but thanks to the infrared on this phone i can control my lights now also TV and stuff. It's a neat feature. Cons. 1. If your buying this mobile for photography. DONT BUY PLEASE. under natural light photos look good but under unnatural lights it looks really bad. Now some might say camera is superb but i guess this is the only phone they have ever used with a camera of this category of smartphones. Trust me the nokia 7.1 though old its camera is much much better. Also the macro lens is pathetic and the selfie too. Megapixels don't make photos good. The image processing software does so Xiaomi is still way far behind. 2. Wifi speed does not exceed 1.2Mbps for some reason. And i did a quick Google search many people have same issue. 3. Phone feels a little too big though it is really nice for watching videos and reading. 4. I have used better display than this note 8 pro in its category. My issue is with the pixels when your typing your phone you can see the small diodes. Though i believe it's because i have used better phones and it's a distraction only for me and that i am Focusing too much on it. Conclusion If your a person like me who wants to play games and use whatsapp insta and such and click pictures on the go and don't care much about it, big battery, good display, performance like a beast go for this phone instead of a flagship phone and rather save the money and buy an ipad mini in the future.

Mobile do not meet the declared quality by company not only by display but also in battery. Camera is the most worst highlighted part of this model. I previously used note 7 pro which 48 MP camera is much more better than this model 64 MP camera. I must suggest, don't go for this model as there are lots of better mobile is available at market within this price range.

Finger print reader camera quality as well as battery life Worst hopless useless Mobile in history. Actually it deserves 0 out of 5

Very nice, butter smooth performance, everything is fine, one thing to be better if amoled display.

The phone is pretty decent. Although it has a 64mp sensor, the image processing is not upto the mark and the 64mp images are ofter blown out. Pro mode works well. Battery life is good. A single charge lasts the whole day on normal to heavy usage. The only problem. This geekbench 5 results shows that my redmi note 8 pro doesn't have MediaTek Helio G90T and instead has some ARM Cortex A55, A56. Even CPU-Z shows the same thing. I don't know if they helio and ARM are the same, but this thing is really unsettling me and i need answers.
