The keys are too hard. I think the product they are sending is defective. I purchased another jio phone from retail store, that works fine. Don't buy this phone online.

It's keypad often goes off the work, and user is unable to type anything. Also sometime screen become still and at the end we have to take out the battery and restart it, to reuse it
