It is real steal at this price point. *First the display. It is a 10bit OLED display with 144 Hz refresh rate and it supports 1 Billion colors. It is comparable with samsung flagship displays. I was a Galaxy S10 user before. No ghost touch issues so far. I don't know why people here are complaining about ghost touch issues and touch irresponsive. I guess they are using a non-compactible screen protector. *Battery back up is pretty awesome. I got screen on time of 6 hours which I believe is more than enough for a 4500 mAh battery mobile. The charger we are getting is 30W adaptor which is fine. It took me 1 hour 15 mins to charge from 0 to 100% *Interface is pure android with some Motorola enhancements. Those who like skin versions of android will not like this stock android as there are very less customisations *108MP main sensor does the work but no OIS for the main camera. Only ultra wide comes with OIS. Night shots sucks really.I have attached some sample shots for reference *Speaker is Mono which is a slight disappointing. As many competitors are coming with stereo Dolby Atmos. But If we ignore this con then definitely you will love this mobile *Snapdragon 870 is a pure gem in processing and battery management. *The mobile is very very light and slim and build quality is awesome. We doesn't feel like we are holding a 6.7inch display mobile with 4500 mAh battery
Display are very good but both front and back camera is not good as on paper I hope motorola give software update to fix this as soon as possible . In Netflix only HD is supporting please give HDR updated . Touch is not working properly and in gameing also touch is verry bad
Update After 4 months of usage: -All the touch issues in the display are gone in the latest update. -The camera has gotten a lot better over time in terms of focusing and sharpness, but it's still no where near pixel or iphone's. -I still love the fact that phone is so light and slim, it curves into your palm and provides a premium touch glass feel with a good grip. -The Battery Backup is still great, and the phone charges adequately fast. -The phone has zero heating issues, which will be my favourite fact. -The wifi Reconnecting is still an issue, though it has gotten lesser and lesser over time, it still happens like once a week. -Still the smoothest headache free stock Android experience. - The whites in this Display is a little warm, even if we slide it to the cool tint all the way, but the blacks are so deep and gorgeous. the phone is so light and slim, it's still a little bigger than what I'm used to, I'll probably get used to it, and all the akwardly placed buttons, I prefer a side mounted fingerprint to in display, as to turn it on you don't have to tap the display to make the fingerprint active, you just touch the power button. No headphone jack is still a bummer, I don't mind the missing stereo speakers, it's loud enough, and If I'm playing a game I'll listen in earphones anyway. Antutu score greater than 7 lac, performance is so smooth combined with the 144hz, I chose this phone over s20 fe 5g, because I was very sure Samsung's ui can never outperform stock ( and I really don't like the bloatware and ads on Samsung) NOTE:- )you cannot charge your phone will it being turned off )The Wifi is reconnecting once in a while(major issue) )the high sensitivity of 576hz, give multi touches and sometimes doesn't work well. )You cannot uninstall YT music -_- )They are selling the Ready for Dock with type c to hdmi cable internationally and they skipped it here. )you can use the camera of this phone as a webcam even outside the Ready for application, and directly into skype or any other app on your PC. )The Battery Charges to 80% in around 45 mins, and I'll advise not to charge over that anyway(and we're getting a fast charger in the box(s20 fe 5g doesn't)) )The Camera is good, the primary can sometimes take better pictures than My Samsung Note 20, and the front is definitely better than it. )Peek Display is better than Always on Display )You buy this phone for a headache free Experience and that's what you get, smooth stock android.
Awesome product... Im writing this review after 1 month of use... In short, everything is awesome... Bit overpriced but once u start using u forget price... Such a smooth OS and performance... Long lasting battery
Let's start with the quick pros n cons for prospective buyers Pros *Awesome display and touch feedback *Quick charge not as good as one plus or others but your mobile gets fully charged within 1.5 hrs *Gaming experience is pretty decent and no lagging was there even playing in ful hd mode in Cons *Not a great camera fon as it was advertised, pictures are clear but zoom as advertised is not that good as well as camera performance fumbles in dim light. *Battery backup should have been better given in this price range. *Buttons are bit highly placed,be it fingerprint sensors or volume rockers. *Speakers are not that firing one as they are mono, moto should have worked in this area. *3.5mm to type c cord should have been provided. Using this fon for 3 days and this is all which I have noticed which is worth mentioning.
What a beautiful display & amazing performance butterry smooth! Best smart phone in this budget without any second thought Only cons I feel ..singal mono speaker but work works well loud & clear! Camera need software updates specially rear camera 4/5⭐ Front 5/5⭐ Micro lens mode works great. Like DSLR 5/5 super happy 5/5
Pros are already well highlighted, I will talk about only cons. Feels like a con on paper: 1) Slow charging speed (30W) - Not really. Charging till 80% takes around 40 mins which is only slightly below One+ and RealMe. Screen on time is pretty good, I can get through one day with 70-75% charge. Charging from 80 to 100% is quite slow, not sure how much it achieves in terms of battery life. 2) Finger print scanner/Power button too high - Feels like that only for first 2 days. From 3rd day it is a muscle memory. Actual Cons: 1) Headphone Jack - Constant need of charging ear buds feels more cumbersome than I initially thought. 2) Mono speaker (Minor con) - I mostly use ear buds, but if you consume multi media directly via speaker, you might not get that good audio feel. Speaker is loud and crisp, but it is not stereo. 3) Camera performance in low light is below average. In daylight camera feels better than Nord 2. 4) I will also count 'Availability, Delivery Time & Fewer color options' as a minor con for new Moto phones. Must say blue color feels aesthetically pleasing in my hands.
