I had placed an order on flipkart (order no. OD508728123313057000) on 25th March for an HP laptop black colour. I received the product on 28th March and the product received was white in colour instead of black. Moreover the product was defective and the battery doesn't charge and the laptop cannot be used other than on plug in power. Moreover on using the laptop it was found to be too slow. I raised a return request on 31st March as it has 10 days return policy as mentioned in the order. The return request was taken and a technician visited twice to my home for the return of laptop but due to their technical issue in the process the serial number was not matching and the return request was cancelled citing the reason that i had now decided to keep the laptop which is not true. When i checked with their call center they have now informed me that i need to go to the service center to get the issue sorted out. I now have to waste my time and money inspite of the return policy.

It was worst experience wth this HP N018TU laptop because 1.Always hanging 2.Even for opening word or excel also it will take more time. 3.Because of W8 or system fault i dont know its operating is too low I had purchased this laptop in reliance mart.so friends dont purchase this product.

1. No warming up from bottom 2. Windows 8 pre-installed as needed 3. 2GB RAM Ok and still with 1 slot free to upgrade 4. Windows 8 has pre-installed Anti virus from Microsoft so no new additions needed Cons 1. No MS Office however, like android, windows 8 compatible office options are there. 2. No Android like Games but one famous game Hill Climb is available for windows 8 3. Windows 8 shop is not as good as Android Play.google.com

Hi readers... i can well understand what all must be going through your minds reading this review... you want to probably do what every other individual wishes to do.... "buy the best laptop at the best price..." well i had done some very extensive research over all sorts of laptops for over 96 hrs(4 days)... but was rest assured by everyone not to think anything else other than HP.... If you want to think less .. think HP... it is a power pack... coming to this laptop... it has good battery backup,... 3-4 hrs of normal internet surfing... if you are a non-engineer and do not wish to run programmes.. and are not a gamer.. you should definitely buy this laptop...i would just recommend you to upgrade to 4 GB ram.. just as you buy it.. i did not purchase it from flipkart... windows 8 isnt actually bad... in regard to what i had actually read... so plz buy this laptop... if you wanna be happy,...
