Product received in very good condition, Demo was perfect... he came next day for the installation. There is no startup kit offer from IFB
Don’t go for this product ,it has around6inches 3-4 layers on backside .which looks like there is some another machine attached in this.if you doesn’t care about space and looks then you can buy.and don’t trust flipkart for electronic products.they have the worst customer care response team.a big disappointment from flipkart and this dabba of steel product
Got it in a very nice condition and on time delivery by Flipkart. IFB guy came the day of delivery and helped us through the installation. Overall good service by Flipkart and IFB.

The products auto-cook mode does not work as mentioned. And service of IFB is worst. I have raised 4 tickets till now and they have not responded yet. Very arrogant and they lie right on your face each time we contact them.
