I got mine in Feb 2019 for Rs 135000 incl taxes from Amazon USA. This laptop has serious quality control issues like thermal problems, squeaky keys, unleveled trackpad, bad battery backup, slow SSD speed. Moreover, Dell and Microsoft's driver updates create problems from time to time. For e.g last week after the BIOS update, my laptop stopped starting at all. The only option was to remove the battery and press the start button for 30secs. Also, for this high price, Dell does not provide an international warranty. You need their premium support plan which costs more than 150-200$ for a year to get any kind of support specially if you are travelling or want to move to other countries. And even after that when you need support you have to go through multiple levels, multiple escalations and 1-2 months of time. Please research this laptop on Dell's support forum, Youtube, Reddit, and other forums if you are interested in buying this laptop. Good laptop but definitely not value for money.

This laptop is for professional use not for gaming. Laptop heated mostly while playing game, I am using this laptop from 8 months it never disappointed me but while gaming you will experience frame drop on Tencent emulator. But any other game like GTA V, watch dogs, far cry you will love it to play on XPS 15. It has good display than other laptop so while editing any video you will have great experience. As it have 16gb of ram your laptop will run all the heavy software smoothly

I am using this laptop from the past 3 months. Mostly I use this machine for content creations. Average my use is 18 to 20 hours a day and believe it never disappoints me a single time till now. The screen color really great, 99% RGB, 98% Adobe color. Those who work in content creationsGraphics, digital illustration, video editing, etc, this is a perfect laptop for professionals. For gaming, I am not exploring much yet but I hope it will work better in gaming too.
