  I had purchased two laptops(online & not from flipkart) before buying this laptop from flipkart, and both the times, i got the windows key along with them. But, after purchasing it from flipkart, it was a big confusion! I was expecting that the windows key would be coming at the back side of the notebook, but it wasn't. Same day, I communicated to flipkart that its not there and due to that confusion, I would like to return the product. On which flipkart agreed and asked me to wait for 1 day. I did not get any call for next two days. I again called back and said the same thing, but nothing had happened. When I called again and again, then after 4 days, I got a call from some "ws retail" (dnt remember the exact name), and he was talking badly. I was highly disappointed !! But nothing had happened. Since, I was in urgency and no response was coming from flipkart, I had to move on. Then, I started using it. Below is the product review: 1. No windows key with the product, and nowhere its mentioned on flipkart 2. Few keys do not work sometimes. Need to press multiple times to use them. 3. Windows 8 suckss! 4. It hangs alot 5. Battery backup is good. so it may get one star rating for that. Overall.. very bad product, and would not recommend anyone to buy this product and also would suggestn all not to buy anything from flipkart if the product's is of more then Rs.5000/-.

  Excellent product. Good build(Metallic build). Faced an warranty issue with the dell as the product was purchased by the seller 45 day back. So the dell service initially showed 45 days warranty short. But after the call with the dell service and explaining the purchase details. Flipkart was not able to provide the lost warranty. Bur flipkart gave me an additional 1500rs off as they were not able to compensate the 45 days warranty loss.

  An extra dayy was taken, bt the delivery was perfectly done without any transit damages.... any kind of services.... Dell 24hr online support..... comming to lappy excellent working experience with Windows 8.1 unmatchable working.... I received the laptop as configured....no cheating..... dont step back to but anything frm flipkart ....... It is one of those who should be trusted ....

  i got this lap from us it costed me 35 K in our currency with 1 TB and 8GB ram .... highs battery back up without wifi about 8 hours !!!! with wifi 6 hrs.... nice aluminium body hd screen its like more than hd .. better dont use a screen cover maintain screen properly touchpad keyboard clear loud sound .. lot better than lenovo in this range did not run games .. so dont know for gamers.. lows some what low clock speed , but no problem for home users , running many applications at same time slows it down rearkably(copying ,downloading,watching,installing simultaniusly) . in india somewhat costly. may get reduced in future

  have sent as specified. Good product. Took 8 days to deliver. Compu India is a reliable seller. Don't hesitate to buy product even of high value from flip kart or compu India. They are far better than ur neighborhood shops which mislead you. I give them 5 star rating.
