Asus launches four new gaming laptops in India starting at Rs 69,990

The Asus ROG Strix GL503, Strix SCAR, Strix Hero and the Strix FX503 gaming laptops will be available from December 20 via online and offline retailers.

Asus has launched four new gaming laptops in India, three of which are variants of the Asus ROG Strix GL503, the base variant is priced at Rs 92,990. It’s Strix Hero and Strix Scar edition of the same laptop are priced at Rs 1,04,990 and Rs 1,54,990 respectively. The company has also launched the Gaming FX503 laptop, which will be available at a starting price of Rs 69,990. The laptops will be available via online and offline retailers from December 20.

In terms of specifications, both the ROG Strix Scar and Hero laptops will be available with up to Intel Core i7 processors. The Scar comes with up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Series GPU and features a 144Hz IPS display with 7ms response time, whereas the Hero can come with up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10 Series GPU and sports a 120Hz wide-view IPS display with a 5ms response time. Both the laptops support N-key rollover with “fast-actuating” keys.

The ROG Strix GL503 laptop sports four hotkeys and comes with four customizable RGB-backlit zones. The laptop features highlighted WASD keys, which the company guarantees lasts for 20-million key presses and supports N-key rollover.

Asus also showcased their ASUS gaming FX503 laptop, which packs up to Intel i7-7700HQ CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card. The red-backlit keyboard comes with anti-ghosting support and features dual fans for cooling.
