This review is specifically for students and gamersFirst of all, let me tell you about the specification,-- It has a Ryzen 7 5800H processor with 8-cores and 16-threads.--RTX 3060 with 6GB VRAM and 95W TGP, 16 GB dual-channel RAM with 3200 MHz clock speed,1TB HDD which has 7200 RPM, 256 GB Nvme M.2 PCIe GEN 3 SSD, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth version 5.1.So these are the technical specifications.Build quality/ Ports/ Speakers--->Talking about the build and design, It has a plastic top lid. Top lid flex is as always more in Acer nitro.It weighs around 2.3 Kgs, Weight distribution is good Lid can be opened by one hand.Keyboard flex is very minor.On the backside you get a charging port and 2 exhaust vents, It has a gaming look due to this red color design.Looking at the bottom, It has several vents.Talking about the ports, On the left side, you get a Kensington to lock One air exhaust vent, One RJ45 LAN port, 2 USB 3.2 Type-A ports.And one Headphone/mic jack combo. On the right side, HDMI port, USB 3.2 Type-A port with USB chargingYou can charge your devices through the laptop even when it is off.After that a type C 3.2 port.Talking about the trackpad, I found the trackpad to be good 70-80 percent is clickable rest is not.You get a 4 Zone RGB keyboard in this with W, A, S, D, and arrow keys highlighted.This N key after the num lock is for Nitro sense software. You can run the Nitro sense software on the go by this key.And the keyboard lights are customizable through the Nitro sense software.This is the Nitro sense software, Here you will see the fan's RPM and some fan controls:- Auto, Max, and custom.Talking about the display, It has 1080P IPS antiglare display with 45% NTSC and 250 NITS brightness.Usually, people have a question that is the 45% NTSC display good for gaming or not?Look, For gaming, For day to day usage, and even for video editing there are no issues until and unless you are working on a project That demands high color accuracy, For eg:- if you are working in a designing company or printing works.For that I don't recommend 45% NTSC displays, For that, you should buy a laptop with at least 72% NTSC i.e 100% SRGB.And minimum 300 nits brightness, Otherwise 45% NTSC displays won't make any difference.The internal display output is through the IGPU and the HDMI output is through Nvidia RTX. Type C doesn't support display output.performance tests/Benchmarks ;Talking about the benchmarks, firstly I did Cinebench R23 test, here are its resultsCinebench R23 test; CPU (single core)-->1404 pts. CPU (multi core)-->12059 ptsCinebench R23 is basically for the CPU performance, Higher the numbers, the better the performance.Geekbench 5 CPU test; CPU (single-core)-->1426 pts. Graphics score 7495 pts. CPU score 9054 ptsSo these were the benchmark scores,Now, What can you do with this laptop?You can do everything. You can do 4K video editing, Photoshop. If you are a college student and want to do coding,You can do it without any issueYou can also do 3D modeling, designingSo overall, machinery is really good and will be able to perform every task without any issue I tested Valorant on high settingsThis is a 144 Hz panel and on high settings, I am getting 150+ FPSThe fans were on boost modeSo, the overall performance of Valiant is really good, And I don't rely on the FPS of ValiantSometimes the FPS is really good but sometimes it is low as wellFirst of all, things that I liked about this laptop -1. Good cooling system2. good design3. really low price4. battery better than expected (4-5 hrs with max brightness while browsing )5. Good display at this price6. Nitro Sense is useful software.Things that are on the downside -1. Battery while gaming is a little low than expected (there are various settings to increase or decrease battery hours but in normal settings for gaming it lasted nearly 80-90 minutes though it is recommended to plug in while gaming because RTX 3060 is a power-consuming GPU )There's a little battery drain while plugged in gaming which can be solved by optimizing the game with GeForce experience and then launching it.2. A little cheap build quality if compared with competitors in the same price segment

At this price range the best laptop with performance you can get. The performance is better than previously nitro laptops

The screen quality is good enough considering a LCD panel. Packed with powerful graphic card and processor it can handle almost all kinds of heavy applications and games effortlessly. The only disadvantage is its battery, not recommended for users who use laptops while travelling or at schools/colleges/ work places with no or limited power supply.

It got this laptop @73000 only. It’s nice laptop. Battery will not lost for more then 1 hour When I am using ue5 software for some rendering of videos.

After 2-3 months of research, I decided to go for it. At 1st I was a little disappointed with the display but with some tweaks, we can fix it around 95%-100% RGB colour accuracy and I did that. Now display also looks and feels good.But the performance was superb from day one, more than my expectations. I usually play GTA 5, FIFA 2021, WWE 2K18 and NFS MOST WANTED ( Newer one ), I can feel the details of graphics. I having a tremendous experience with my Nitro.The Thermal is working also great. In auto mode, I can play all those games with 45 - 55C° temp.Without a single doubt, you can go for it. If you want to invest a little bit more then please go for the QHD model.Just one thing that can not be fixed is Sound Quality. Sounds gentle, but Acer could little bit of work over here.

This is the second Nitro 5 that I have bought, and this is the best laptop that you can get for 1 lakh. I finished RDR2 with maxed out graphics, and it never dipped below 45fps. It comes with great thermals but with some tweaking on how to setup the laptop,i I got thermals to drop 10-15 degrees.
