This is one of the best laptops i have used... it is very responsive and fast to boot... It can handle coral draw X7 and other ram and GPU intensive programs very well such as Photoshop CS6 or Premier elements and After Effects. It is good for casual gamers, it is not a gaming laptop so don't expect high FPS on games such as crisis, Far cry 4, etc but i was happy that system can handle the games in low to medium quality at a decent FPS using GeForce Experience. Cons if any would be: 1) The keyboard '@' was mapped to 'apostrophe sign' but i think if it bothered me i would be able to remap it somehow using some software or program. 2) the GPU is outdated (its a good GPU non the less and NVIDIA is still supporting the GPU with driver updates even though they don't sell it anymore) 3) Battery Life is approx 3-4 hrs on moderate use with screen brighness set between low and 50%

Friends.. I bought this laptop and got the delivery by 18th September, It costed 58340-2500(flat discount)-3000(used sbi debit card) =53,340 . Flipkart delivery was awesome. 3 cheers to Flipkart they delivered it earlier than stated time so that I was able to apply for 3 years Accidental Damage protection offer given by Hp on the last date. These are my opinions on this laptop as of today: 1. Looks of this lap are good . It looks slim, and the silver colour makes it awesome. 2. The touch pad look is different (single pad with no left, right buttons). but the functioning is almost same as the regular one. To be precise, only the marking of left and right buttons is not done but when you tap at the locations they'll function like a routine touchpad with 2 buttons. The multi touch and swipe options are the best part of this touchpad. I love them. 3. The laptop is given with beats audio. But don't expect the speaker to be loud because of this. Only the clarity of the music is a little good compared to other laptops. The headphone jack is a beats audio jack. It enhances a bit of audio. Laptop is given with a beats audio software. Overall this audio system is not that great. it's like the audio system of a routine laptop. just a little bit of difference. 4. Regarding the hardware: The processor- core i7 with 2 cores (Dual core) (not a Quad or Hexa or an Octa core). Ram : 8 Gb.. Hdd: 1Tb. Graphics: Nvdia Gt 840m. An awesome hardware. While partitioning the harddisk minimum space for c drive is 450 gb we cant take out more than that.. I installed nearly 8 graphic games.. like: Assassin's Creed 3, Battlefield 3, Crysis 2, Batman Arkham City, Max payne 3, Nfs Most wanted 2013, etc. I ran them in high graphics. they were working very good. and can play 2 or 3 of them simultaneously pausing one and playing the other. Multi tasking is very good. 5. Laptop is shipped with genuine windows 8.1, 64 bit os. Unlike the bad reviews about windows 8.1 . In this laptop its so cool and it's fast. Finally at a purchase price of 53,340 I felt happy for this configuration. Can purchase this for a price till 58000. no computer shop offers this for less than 59000. Rates on Flipkart are good (researched a lot) . You can go for this laptop happily.

I had purchased this laptop hp p073tx from my near official HP Store, on the opening it looks nice and decent on hand, it have horizontal embedded lines on the top which makes it real thing something like high end featured premium laptop. it comes with Windows 8.1 single language OS, embedded with the excellent features of NVIADIA graphics 2 GB gives you power to do handle high end PC games with high config. but with almost no lag. great for peoples who runs "animation and rendering type software" Beats audio sound volume is not so great with speakers but quality is nice... as expected from beats audio while MAXX AUDIO on some DELL laptops give great sound quality as well as volume but on the other hand with headphone jack ...it really gives the excellent sound quality with beats audio and none is comparison to it. -- Hp support is really nice .I must admit. From my point of view Windows 8.1 makes the laptop speed slow, for this I dual booted the laptop with windows 7, windows 7 runs extremely well and fast. but after dual booting, some wifi problem occurred, I call the HP PHONE SUPPORT, and told them about my problem.....after some process they said "WE DO NOT SUPPORT DUAL OS PLATFORM FOR HP LAPTOP, PLEASE RESTORE BACK YOUR RECOVERY, UNTIL THEN WE CANT HELP YOU FURTHER ON THIS CASE". after this I uninstalled windows 7 , then i called back them, they fixed the problem within few days. Now my laptop is healthy and sound. PROS- 1. nice looks.. metallic finish 2. great configuration (i7 and 8GB) 3. good battery backup 4. nice touchpad with full gesture support 5. good for high end gaming 6. good sound quality. CONS- 1. No keyboard Backlight 2. metallic finish gets fingerprints easily 3. over heat flow through fan, annoys in summer but good in winter. do not put it on bed while work. 4. not expected performance of 8gb ram with i7 5. Island-style Keyboard with Numeric Keypad sometime annoys. 6. no LED notification light for wifi and numlock as given in capslock, so you cant tell whether it is open or not. overall it is a decent product to buy at same price. GO FOR IT !!! at last I would like to suggest you, do not delete your recovery whatsoever may be the reason, bcz if u deleted that recovery and runs a cracked version windows 8.1, then there might be some problem with the HP SUPPORT. to sort out any issues in your laptop they first require that your laptop must have Stock OS 8.1 as comes initially with laptop. here comes the scenario, if you have deleted the recovery and runs the cracked or pirated OS in your laptop, you must first get RECOVERY CD FROM HP worth rs. above 500 ,in order to get any support from hp during warranty period also. I have got HP back to college offer, and extend my warranty for 3 years with onsite and ADP only @ rs 999 only. and that's really great for my laptop.

I was skeptical about buying this product online but Flipkart not only clarified my doubts but all my concerns.(I called them up before placing an order) I received this product within 17 hours of ordering from Flipkart ( I ordered @ 10pm Sat). The packaging was good and intact even though it was raining during the time of delivery. I got a HP backpack with the laptop although it is not mentioned on the website's product page. The product is a new one (as always promised by Flipkart) with a manufacturing date of May2014. Regarding the product..it's a beautiful looking laptop, not too heavy, awesome specs be it the processor or sound or graphics.(Best laptop in this price range) Thanks to Flipkart !!

I have been searching for a laptop and finally ended up with this one. Really a decent product and worth the price. Like: - Good keyboard and trackpad. - Camera is decent. - Windows 8.1 is cool. I use windows phone and I can sync between applications and data between my phone and laptop. Has wp mobile runtime - Can run almost all wp apps in my laptop. - Sound is decent. The cpu and gpu could have been better. The cpu is a dual core ultra low voltage processor. Also the same with the gpu. This combination mainly to reduce the bottleneck between cpu and gpu. Also there are gains : you get better battery backup and low heating problems. You can go for this product if you 'are not' a hardcore gamer who needs to play games at high settings. The gpu can deliver ~30fps for almost all 2014 games at low-med settings and more for older games.

I purchased this laptop from a local retailer shop. About this product everything is awsome except the webcam which is VGA. But its ok because in most of the laptop camera is VGA only. The laptop is good looking. Specially the NVIDIA Ge FORCE Graphics & Beats audio makes it more awsome. Total graphics supported in this laptop is of 4GB i.e. 2GB NVIDIA & 2GB Intel i7 graphics. This laptop is highly suitable for hardcore gamers.

I bought this laptop from out side before it hits Flipkart, with awesome offer, worth rupees 1500. About this laptop, believe me every thing is awesome !! Especially the lid is slim, metallic and gorgeous. Keyboard and touch-pad is cool too. Performance is good. And this is a hell of a Notebook for gaming. I played games like NFS Run,Rivals,MW and Battlefield 4 with awesome MAX frame-rate. And about battery, you can watch a 3 hour movie without charging(run-out fast while playing games) . The only thing that annoys me is overheating. But don't worry this is a big problem in most of the notebook, you just go for cooling pad and switch to power saver mode(never use it on bed). Finally my big thanks to nVIDIA & beatsaudio which made this machine even beautiful. Totally this piece is worth your money !! Bingo !! thanks 4 reading !!
