It’s a good product
Outdoor unit was little damaged from one of the foot.
The service emitted by the principal on installation was very unkind. Wrong advice was given plus the customer agent of Amazon was very rude in the discourse. Despite the product being very good and the supportive literature on the online display was ambiguous.
Installation of the ac was so pathetic that i cant even explain. It looks horrible. Really bad bad experience from Amazon and than from its Caririer Installation agent!! Bad

URGENT MESSAGE Dear Amazon, My Carrier Split AC was installed but not to my satisfaction. The unit was haphazardly installed without any proper advise or explanation to me. The Unit Flanges and connecting pipes were on the left side while the Technician made a hole on the right side of the wall incurring extra piping and costs to me not to mention how bad it looks intaking the piping from the right of the Indoor Unit to connect to the left of the Out Door Unit. I had emailed Amazon on 18th October 2019 to ask the Service Provider to send a Technician fora Pre-Installation Visit so as to avoid such problems with installation but none did come forward. Please send me a WhatsApp number to forward you Pictures of the Haphazard Installation doneby Fridge Cool who are outsourcing to another person called Vishwas Dhargalkar who is not at all Customer friendly and very arrogant. Please take up with Fridge Cool to reinstall my Carrier Split AC properly as I am in very disappointed for ordering this product online. Kind Regards

The copper pipes for connection of inner and outer units have not been found in both boxes . where as it is mention that it will be supplied with order.they are found missing from the packets.
