  Product is good. But don't buy large appliances in amazon. Because, I have received damaged item. In order to transit period the delivery partners not handle the item safely, and also Return Replace request not accepting amazon team. Please don't buy large appliance in amazon friends.

  I had this model shipped at my parents' place in Oct-Nov 2018. Initially this was working fine. Since June '19, it has started showing problem. Multiple customer support requests opened since then. The visits have only resulted in replacement of one part and pointing to another part as problem. Surprisingly, the ticket is being closed after each visit. The service agent doesn't return call to explain why. And then we had to start all over again with a new request. The visit has done more damage to the machine with scratches all over the machine top due to mishandling by the attendants. Though trying to work through this poor customer service and hoping for good, I feel let down by LG customer support.

  I must say I am an LG fan, I have LG fridge, washing machine and AC.... I find LG brand very trust worthy, my previous semi automatic washing machine was also LG which I used almost 5 years and faced no problem at all not even serviced once... Recently I upgraded to top load fully automatic and writing this review after using it for almost 1 month. I am loving it so easy to operate and smooth noise free and high end wash quality. Had a issue with installation but after followup with Amazon customer care it was sorted out smoothly. I would recommend this product.

  no doubt product is good. but pathetic service. LG guy Prateek took more than hour for installation, work was only 10mins rest 1hr he was busy on ph. he was so preoccupied in calls, he broke my new switchboard, dint felt sorry. I had headache by the time he left. plz train people before you send them at customers place. Mr Pradeep would b ideal employe 4 call center. also who will reimburse the broken switchboard.

  Its a gd machine and have a 6.5 l capacity. You can add a bedsheet, 2-3 shirts, and 5-6 daily wear clothes at a time. Depending on the cloth material, you may also add more than this. There are different modes which can function automatically or manually. It is silent and doesnt take much space. It comes with a pipe and tap fittings, to which the pipe can be attached as the machine controls the water intake through this pipe. The tap fittings can fit to any normal tap, no special tap needed. Pipe can be easily removed. LG provided a free demo and installation also, so that's gd. The warranty also is not an issue even if it is ordered online, you may also confirm this by calling LG customer care. You should try to use liquid detergent as the powedered detergent needs more rinsing cycles to be completely off the clothes and thus consume more water. The white powder can stick to clothes. So any normal liquid detergent can be used, dont have to be specific. It also have a water conserving mode in which you can just command it to wash clothes, and then can manually take them out for hand and bucket rinsing ,without the previous water drained out. Dryer can be functional alone afterwards. This can be useful if there is less water available. Dont have hot water inlet so only normal water can be added, you may ask the LG person if it can bear hot water, dont know abt it. It also has timer, child lock, soaking if you use timer and other features which are explained by LG representative while demo. So overall good product.

  Have just received n been installed yesterday. Looked like the technician himself didn't have much trust in the product. He insisted on buying an extended warranty n said lots of servicing will b required. So better to have a warrant OR it would be expensive !!! Am having second thoughts about the product..... Well, the machine is really very silent. No noise at all n the cleaning looked good too... Can adjust the water level n wash n rinse time according to requirement of choose d preset programs. Will review it again after using for a month or so.... But will add that except for the drum which is stainless steel, d body is fibre n is delicate

  Amazon had made this order worst by poor delivery service. I have received it 3 days past the schedule delivery date and they blamed me for the delay citing a reason that i have requested for rescheduled delivery which I have never done. And the extended warranty I have ordered is yet to reach me although it is going to be close to 2 months. Regarding the washing machine, it is good, sturdy and very well serves the purpose. The only demerit i could say is the limited favorite program setting. It allows to save only one custom program as favourite because of which I need to edit it quite often to meet out my requirements.

  I just loved this washing machine. 1. Wash tub is huge though its 6.5 Kgs can easily wash 10-12 clothes at a time. 2. No noise at all, you need to stand really close to hear the spinning noise. 3. 45 mins is a normal wash to spin cycle, trick is to wash maximum clothes in one short to minimize water and electricity consumption. 4. Use high end detergent in order to see the best results. 5. Single bed blanket can also be washed. 6. Suitable for the family of 4-5 members. 7. Keep beeper on high to know the wash process is finished. 8. Need not to confuse yourself with advanced feature mentioned, you can use on normal mode more efficiently.   I didn’t like the product and was not satisfactory , and when I tried to return it , there was no option of returning or refund for the product. There is only an option to speak with the customer service agent upon which they are trying to not return or refund it.. please do not buy this product and I would not suggest anyone to be in a situation like this..if there was a rating less than one star I would definitely choose that.. I hope you understood..
