On 9th February 2020, I had purchased a TCL TV and on the starting day and in front of the Installation TCL technician the Brand Screen Freezed, but the technician says it a one-time starting issue and the screen freezes for every new TV. But now it happens on regular bases with the TV and it does not start until I switch on and off multiple times. Also note, the Screen Freeze is not consistent and happens occasionally, how do I ensure that this will not happen in front of the technician and a complaint will not be registered. I need a replacement before the 10 days warranty expires. AMAZON I REQUEST TO BLACKLIST THE TCL VENDOR
After one month this product got issue with green in middle of the screen. Please help with resolve the issue.
