Please do not purchase this tv at all. After a year, screen panel stop working. Go to some other option. And it's year of manufacturing is 2016. That's why it has some discount. And from service center, Rs. 1000 + taxes for a visit only. Waste of money.

Sony service in bangalore is worst. I brought sony LED tv in march 2017 and I have observed vertical black lines developed on the TV. I immediately raised SR with sony about the problem. One of the sony engineer visited for inspection and clicked pics of TV and infirmed me that i will get call from sony about the next step. It took 2 weeks for them to call back and told me that it's physical damage not factory defect. They told me that if I want them to.fix I have to pay 24000 INR for replacing the LED panel. I immeditely called sony and they informed me authozied service center's decission will be final. I agreed to pay the amount and transfered Rs 10000 in advace but eeven after one month they have not replaced the LED panel. Everytime I call sony they promise to arrnage call back from service center but no one care to call back. All numbers of service center are not reachable either it will be busy or switched off. THERE IS NO POINT BUILDING WORLD CLASS PRODUCT IF THEY HAVE WORST AFTERMARKET SERVICES. I recommend not to buy any of the sony product.

This is the 2nd time I bought this TV this year. One for my home and one for my Family in Native place. Picture quality is really good and recommended to get DTH for HD channels. After I placed the Order, I checked the reviews of the Seller, I was bit tensed after seeing the negative reviews but I have to admit, I was really satisfied, the delivery was quick with in 2 days, the installation was done in the following day. The best you can get is this, if you're looking for a Smart 43 inches TV with awesome picture quality. Also it's an Android TV, you can connect to your Android devices and play with your applications. Hope this review helps others. Thanks.

TV is awesome with great features. Fast interface. Flipkart service and offer is also amazing. Got tv in 2 days in very remote area and installed the very next day that too without making any call to customer care of sony. Got this tv in total sum of 48499 /-. Really amazing deal.

The TV gave problem just after the one year warranty ended. The screen has turned red with ghost double picture. Cost of part replacement is Rs.10000/- for which the guaranty is only for 3 months and not for 1 yr

I have bought this TV after checking all the possible brands sold in India This 3D, Smart, Android cannot be compared to any Korean or Chinese TV in its class. The picture quality of Sony Full HD can be compared to UHD of other brands. The bezel is the most slimmest in its class. (43') Built in speakers are good. However a home theater is recommended. I bought the JBL Cinema SB350. Wall mount comes in the box and installation is free. Comes with IR Blaster, so just 1 remote for Set top box and TV, home theater can also be configured in the TV remote. I am not an android fan but the android OS in the TV is pretty responsive. 8 GB built in storage. If you can shell some more money, go with 950D and get Triluminous display, Soundbar and Camera along with. 15K worth paying. Dont buy the lower model than this as there is a huge difference in features. Sony is highly recommended.

I bought this TV to gift it to my brother,After due diligence I bought it from Flipkart and I must say I am very satisfied. Flipkart assured makes the deal even sweeter as it adds to your mental satisfaction.I bought it for 51K yes 51K ,and I must say that is unbeatable price.Delivery was fast tracking was easy,installation was hassle free.On top of it they gave 10000 mAh Sony power bank. The Product is best in class,I just let you know major points. Slimiest TV in India (Adds look to your home) Best picture quality(Red is red blue is blue) Best Sound with base reflex speakers and yeah it is Sony. It is an android TV with in built memory so you will get full android experience. It is a smart WI-FI inbuilt TV so be ready for you tube Facebook Netflix all on a bigger screen(Add mouse and keyboard) Ohhh it is 3D TV too so buy couple of active 3D glasses and enjoy the 3D content at its best. I was waiting for this tv for few weeks....was in between LG Web OS and Sony Android.....The winner was Sony. Got it from Flipkart with just 51k. It was delivered on time and installed next day. But installation guy hurry in explaining features.. About the TV ... yes it has super awesome X reality pro engine, Better sound quality and Android TV OS which you can use with so much scope. It has many inbuilt apps, few of them really useful such as you tube, Album, Music. Also its Android TV launcher can be customized. In built Wifi, WIFI Direct, LAN, inbuilt 8 GB, Google Cast, HDMI, USB, Optical Audio Out, IR Blaster are some of the added advantages. This TV has much more, i am yet to check the 3D feature. Actually never felt the need to watch TV in 3D as it has much better quality in 2D. All features are working smoothly, picture quality is stunning, feeling like watching movie in theater. Sound is decent however I already have home theater, sine no need to bother about sound. There is no 5.1 or 2.1 jack since we need to buy stereo to RCA cable. Installed few apps from play store. Working fine. Waiting to watch movies in my Sony theater Pros: Awesome Picture Quality Sound Quality Android OS In Built 8GB Memory. Much greater viewing angle Google cast Screen mirroring is so easy IR Blaster for cutting off Set box remote Cons In the box remote is not smart remote, its simple. (however TV remote app can be installed) 3D glasses are not provided have to purchase separately Only two USB ports, it would have been good with another usb port. Used this TV extensively for two days now and here is my opinion about the TV. Pros: 1. The Picture Quality - Its way better than any other branded TVs I used so far. The display quality is top notch, the colors are punchy and HD videos are exceptionally sharp. Also What I've noticed is that even 720p or 480p videos looks much better in this than in other TVs. I would rate a 5 star for the display quality. 2. Sound is adequate and is loud enough for a small sized drawing room. The virtual surround system is pretty impressive, but my suggestion is to get a better 5.1 system and connect it so that you can enjoy movies the proper way. 3. HD Tv channels are a pleasure to watch in this one, SD channels are so so. But definitely not grainy like in other low refresh rate HD TVs. 4. 800 Hz Refresh Rate. Yeah, I know its an over kill. But the TV does a really good job when watching fast paced things, like a Football Match or a Formula 1 race. There is no ghosting, no flickering and no pixelations. The higher frame rate definitely is playing role there I guess. 5. Android TV with Android 5.1. This is of great use when installing applications. But again, android TV apps are in limited numbers. I think its still a work in progress, but yes, this TV got a proper Google licence (unlike VU and all) and we have Google Play Store pre installed. Also Apps like YouTube and Facebook work just fine and yes Youtube shows proper full HD videos. Also Neflix was preinstalled and I got a one month free subscription with the TV. 6. Any media playback. Yeah, I tried files like .MKV, .MOV, .AVi and even .FLV. Everything worked pretty smooth and if anything is not working, there is always apps in play store with which we can make it work. 7. Amazing 3D ! Really !!! This is a much better immersive 3D than what I've experienced in theaters and other passive 3D TVs but make sure than you have a proper 3D video at your disposal to enjoy it. You can download plenty of stereoscopic side-by-side or over-and-under videos from Internet. Or better than that is to get a PS3 or a 3D Blue-ray player :-) 8. Plenty of connectivity options ! A lot actually. There is WiFi and Bluetooth and DLNA. If you have a compatible mobile, your life will be easier with this TV. You can install Sony remote or Side View app from the play store and use your phone as a remote. Yes, your phone doesn't need an IR blaster port. It works over WiFi. That means you don't really have to point your phone towards your TV too. And on top of that Side View app also give program guide for almost any cable/satellite providers in India which is cool ! And with DLNA I can share anything wirelessly from my mobile to TV and also there is screen mirroring which is cool again ! Not to forget, the TV is also providing an IR blaster with which you control anything connected to the TV like a set top box/DVD or BlueRay player. 9. 2 years warranty - I got a 1 year comprehensive and a 1 year extra panel warranty from Sony without any extra bucks which is really good. 10. Last but not least, Flipkart was dot on delivery and installation. I got the TV within 24 Hrs and the installation was done by the Sony Technician (who was very knowledgeable) in 2 hrs after the TV was delivered. Cons: 1. 3D TV - but no 3D glasses ! Sony want to make more money. No ordinary 3D glasses are compatible with this one other than Sony BT400A or BT500A and they charge 1999 per glass ! That is too much and they should ideally give a pair of glass along with the TV. 2. No Smart remote control ! Yeah, the TV is compatible with a Sony smart remote control, but what u get with the TV is a normal remote control. If you want a smart one, shell out another 3K ! That's looting again Sony ! But on the plus side, they are providing the side view app free of cost from the play store which does things better than a smart remote :) The app even got a voice search too. So, no need to get a smart remote actually. 3. Price - Way too steep. Sony products are still over priced. I know the quality is un-matchable, but hey, look at the market and put some competitive pricing. People will buy your products and love you more Sony. Thanks all for reading my review. Good day !

Amazing Product in the Range. No need to buy 4K TV's today when you have TV's like this available in the market. ( and you don't have 4K content available ) Amazing Display, Android 5.1.1 Preloaded - Works like Magic , Amazing sound system and its super light & thin. W800D is 2016 Model , W800C is old model hence try and but this one. Smart feature are just amazing. Some of things I was looking for doing my evaluation and never found on any website / review. 1. It doesn't come with remote that has Speak Button. 2. Its 2016 Model , there is Sticker on the TC screen when you open the box. 3. No 3D glasses in the Box. Some of the website says Samsung 3D glasses will work but when I checked with the installation guy he said only Sony Glasses will work. Price point at which I got this was the icing on the cake. Got it for INR 53K only on Flipkart under exchange of old 42 Inch LG LCD TV and 10% off on final value by using Master card.
