Worst experience. I bought this product less then a year ago and it's in warranty period the display of the television gone on 14th august I registered a complaint on the same day too engineer of the bpl told us that since you bought tv from flipkart we are not responsible for this and the display part will be come by flipkart only don't call or contact us you have not bought from us contact flipkart. I don't know what to do ? Do buying something from flipkart is different buying directly from shop? Is this true then please spread awareness about this if not please take this issue seriously

I preferred this TV over VU brand as it is a Indian brand. Later i came to know that why everyone is buying imported brands. The TV has display issue and screen is turning off while changing channels. I raised this issue to BPL as it is under warranty. I continuously called them almost three months but no use at all. I brought this to flipkart notice but no use again. Kindly begging you to do not buy BPL brand TV that too from flipkart. Average rating for this product is 4.3 but at least 2% of the people will face this kind of issues like me. You can be that 2% and no one can help you in that case either flipkart or BPL. You have to throw your TV in dust bin like me. As I had 100% belief on flipkart, disappointed more with flipkart customer service than BPL service.

Thank-you flip kart!!! Very nice led tv bought on 19 December 2016. I used to connect my 1 TB WD Hard disk. All VDO formats does play in BPL led. Amazing purchase at low price. I love flip kart once again Thank-you.
