While you receive the product you have to raise a ticket on Samsung customers center for demonstration and installation. Do not open the cover until Samsung engineer visit at your home. He will raised a return memo if any abnormal. Mine is good and working

  Let me get this straight the refrigerator is simple and neat. The interior space design could have been better to make the Shelves deeper rather than increasing the door pocket tray sizes. I wanted to give just 2 stars. However, I did not want to reduce the star rating of the product by giving poor rating. It was delivered on time, and Samsung demo was arranged on the same day. However the product had lot of scratches on the control panel, the door handle plastic is loose and wobbly, it goes into position but is back at it in minutes, the plastic trims near the door were scratched as well, and there was a small dent on the freezer door as well. This is either a returned unit hopefully not cuz of malfunction or a demo unit in one of those home appliances stores. I bought from Cloudtail at a price about 1.5k more than 2 other sellers whose ratings were 70%. Looks like I made a fool of myself trying to save 2k on not buying from nearby brick and mortar shop. I am not returning the product cuz I have no time to run around for this. If you care about getting your Product fresh off the box, do not buy online especially from Cloudtail.

  It is Defected. The outer surface of refrigerator body is Irregular on both side right and left.very Disappointed.

  Product wise good product, competitive rates, truly converter fridge....But utterly disappointed by amazon service... Received on time but, damage product... Replacement raise but, After taking follow up for a week no action seen for pickup only delaying the pickup finally on 12th day we have decided to use the same damage product.....!
