Writing review after 1 month of using... it is a good and affordable one this range... Picture quality is good Easy internet connection, easily operable through mobile. Overall it is good product

In Amazon, this TV is sold with warranty of 18 months. Whereas the same TV is sold with warranty of 3 years in the retail stores. "3 years warranty" was written clearly on the box of the TV sold in retail stores. This means, we get differentiated product when we buy from Amazon. I don't understand the reason behind the difference in warranty. Warranty is directly proportional to the quality of the product sold. Does this means, Amazon is selling inferior products? hence it is not able to provide the same warranty as retail stores? I am not sure whether it is legal as per the law to have the same defined product with the same brand name and MRP, but differ in warrantyquality... When I enquired this, the Customer service representative stated that its the seller's policy. She didn't provide any logical explanation on why this difference? But when we buy product from Amazon, it is based on the trust from the Amazon. We believe that we get good quality product through Amazon, but this experience is creating different impression. The customer rep, finally told that if we find better offer else where, we can buy from there. That hurts a lot. Its not about offer, discount or money... the question is about the trust we have on Amazon.. We blindly trust Amazon and its sellers.. but if we get a inferior product from Amazon.. won't we have our basic rights to question this as a loyal customer? If Amazon is selling the product with lesser warranty than what the offline retail stores provides.. then it means only one thing.. that "AMAZON SELLS INFERIOR PRODUCTS" to its loyal customers...
I purchased offline.. the picture quality is too good comparatively with Mi or Vu which my cousins own. Totally happy no regrets
