TV is good, Support is pathetic, installation was done in 48Hrs. Installation guy was hopeless, just hung TV on wall and went away ,no demo, not even HDMI cable plugged into TV, I called there service centre, I was asked why can’t I just lift the TV and plug the cables myself , JOKE !! As per installation guy, it’s not there job to plug in any cable in TV and they just hang it on wall, not even a demo

Panel defects and it shows the green line and white dot on panel horizantal as well as verticle and the meet point shows a white dot

First of all about the hardware of the TV: 1. Amazing picture quality 2. Great Sound 3. Easy accessibility of 3 HDMI and 1 USB ports even if it is wall mounted. Another USB port might be difficult to access in case the TV is wall mounted 4. Price is quite reasonable considering the 4k picture quality support. 5. Trusted Panasonic brand gives peace of mind 6. Using it for viewing from 16 ft also without any problem with size About the smart features: 1. Comes with Panasonic's own smart operating system which has its own library of apps 2. As of now, only Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube are available in the library along with other apps which are not frequently used in India 3. Hotstar, Sonly Liv and Zee5 are not available in the library. They would be available iff the Panasonic guys incorporate them into the library which is updated from time to time. So you may need Fire TV stick to access these apps on the TV till then. 4. Connectivity to WiFi router is good.

TV was delivered by amazon in time and installing was done by Panasonic service center. They helped us a lot and they were patient even though they had to multiple times in a remote village for installation. Awesome service by panasonic service center.

It’s been just 2days for me to observe this TV. However, I hv noticed that RedPinkGreen etc...colour are too deep and feels too much on flourocent side. It doesn’t give actual Color that it should look. Already raised this issue with Amazon. They asked me to observe for couple of days more.

I purchased this Panasonic 55" Smart TV TH-55FX650D Gray after doing lot of research. I am using this TV since the past one month and I am totally satisfied with the quality and looks. Getting a branded 55" Smart TV of Panasonic for 59,000 is a steal. I feel Panasonic is as good as Sony, LG or Samsung.

The TV is not an Android tv. It has a panasonic created os and thus we hardly have apps. Netflix and prime are available. The browser does not support flash so forget viewing the other apps even using browser. Now coming to screen share. It works depending on its mood. I have tried using the panasonic remote app and except for files and folders it is unable to share other apps. The swipe feature is disgusting. The learning curve is high So not a smart TV. Rest features like colour and sound are satisfying and no complaints on that front.

This television has great picture quality and does make a seamless attempt to upscale content to 4k. At the current price point of ~40k it's really a value for money preposition. It does not have the stability issues that most android televisions have but then it also has very little app options available in the app market for Panasonic. Yet the picture quality remains detailed, sharp and real. It awesome how Panasonic strikes a balance between clarity n exagaration. I struggled to make this television pass audio over hdmi to my avr only to realize that this television does that only in stereo and not as 5.1 audio. So I had to switch to using an optical cable that resolved the ARC 5.1 issue I faced. That was limitation 1. The other great and sad thing is "help". While the Panasonic self help menu in the TV is plain awesome their customer service reps that come home for warranty fix are equally pathetic. They don't know how a television connects to an AVR and hence don't know it's menu options either. My advice, buy this television for the following reasons; superlative picture quality, fast stable apps, stable Panasonic updates, CEC , budget friendly, non android hence stable, DIY self help and set up ease, its ability to connect to a home media server, ability to receive and also transmit Bluetooth audio , ability to take an additional pen drive in the rear usb port for applications installation. Avoid this television for the following reasons; Poor knowledge of support professionals, lack of 5.1 ARC , lack of eARC, if you're connecting it to a new generation AVR, less apps hungama, hotstar, Spotify,zee 5 are missing, only connects to legacy WiFi channels, screen share from phone has no audio Overall. I remain impressed with the fluidity of the controls and brisk navigation along with stability and its overall appeal. it's picture quality is top notch and it grabs eye balls. It's own speakers are not bad but I don't use them so won't comment much. I still recommend this and hope that future updates impress me further.

A complete value for money as compare to high-end brands. I checked the 4K videos on net ( all LG, Sony, Samsung), the picture quality is really good. Happy with the performance.
