Good service at when I asked for the remote replacement which was not working.
Initially, i face problem in Amazon Prime and once software was updated, it's ok. For the past 2 weeks, remote's batteries are drained very fast and every 2 days once I'm replacing that. I don't know what's the exact problem. Speaker output is good for normal hall size, but after 60% volume becomes blurred. Picture quality is not at par. Is it voice recognition TV? Video and Sound quality is excellent. Remote control should have been Bluetooth enabled and support voice commands. IF YOU ARE MOVIE BUFF AND LOOKING FOR LOW BUDGET TV THIS IS THE ONE YOU SHOULD GO FOR IT.
Picture quality is good but sound quality is not better some disturbance in if sound volume while increasing
I am happy to have VU tv due to it's good quality sound and updates which make it more better like, the error in Prime Video has been solved, now it is working accurately. Even, there is no problem to watching YouTube videos on 1080p without buffering, whether connected with mobile Hotspot with jio network. Actually, I have to compromise with Google assistance because, it is not providing smart remote with mice.
Since Bluetooth in not working , voice is good . Tried to contact vu customer care were no one is receiving the phone

Vu tvs are always best and economic. Very good smart tv available in market till date!
All is working good here. Its remote has dedicated buttons for Hotstar, Netflix, YouTube and Prime Videos and all are working well. Sound is also amazing and far better than my 42 inches Panasonic viera TV. The only thing that I dint like is its slow response. They must have tested it considering RAM and Processor. When you will press Volume button, it will take few mili secs to show you the volume bar. Same response you will get when you will try to make any setting changes into it. All apps working well and few are slow in response like SonyLiv crashes sometime. This all is because of low memory of TV.
