  This laptop is really good, however the drawbacks for the price you won’t get any bag or mouse.. any external accessories or any extended warranty..for the price atleast HP bag can be provided. Regarding packing, laptop is already coming corton box, Amazon packing services or seller they just put in another box that’s all no air bags for the safety inside the box they should provide.. This even I have informed support team but they did not do the needful...for the price atleast they should consider valuable feedback when someone is updating, before the delivery it self. My suggestion if you are buying from, Amazon make sure laptop working fine or not ... it is really good...but .off course if you couldn’t not find better price outside... You will get lifetime windows 10. MS office, MC cafe, for only 1 year subscription... main highlight of software is Hp omen command centre.

  I bought this laptop in Great Indian Festival sale 2020. With this high end configuration I thought all will be good. But faced issue in camera quality. It is very bad. Just for Rs. 2000 we are getting good quality web cam in the market. But it is HP I did not expect this worst quality. If it is low end laptop I will be ok with quality. It is i7 with 16 GB & all high end Configuration. One without using game also battery is draining fast. Some default programs installed is eating up battery like onedrive, dropbox. Please uninstall if you are not using.
