Have not used for more than an hour yet, after first shut down it is stuck with black screen... Let's see what else needs to suffer. --- Not upto the mark, Regret to not spend little more on better option. --- After tusing for a month now, I think it is a worth product. *Read e-manual to explore the best experience.* Except for poor battery performance, everything is good enough.
This laptop is made of cheap quality, and wont even last a year. I bought this laptop for my brother on FEB 19 and on JUN 19 laptop is gone. When taken to the service centre they say motherboard is damaged from start and that screen too has a problem. It is under warranty, but still who wouldve wanted a brand new laptop to be taken to a service centre when used just for office work. Asus is cheap dont go for their hifi talks. Never again in life will i buy from this company. BTW i purchased it from a store who gives themselves 5 stars in google maps then only hands over the product dont buy just for the good reviews
