I think its second hand product.its not good 2 time service did and i spend more than 2000+ for expenses.

The laptop has booting issues? It just doesn't boot - the keyboards or a the laptop doesn't seems to have an LED indicator on the power button which shows if this is booting or working?
Bought this laptop for writing emails, editing word documents, casually use internet. This is very very slow even for this work, works like it has a RAM of less than half GB, though it's 4 GB RAM as per specs. Everytime there are lots of updates available. I can't even postpone the updates, Without updates it is dead slow, we get BP sitting in front of laptop. These updates also take hours to complete. Even otherwise the laptop is really very slow. I'm not happy with with this product.

It is extremely slow since I bought this.. Not at all useful for gamming.. Just for watch movies and storage data..

Worst product I ordered. Day one it's hanging, two times gave to service centre but everytime format and give it to back. I totally disappointed with this deal. Please don't purchase , still my laptop is hanging, sometimes it takes 15 minutes to open a normal word file, I am not giving it to customer care cause they will format and all data will lost
