Have been using this laptop for two years now, and here's my take: -Hinge quality is substandard at best. Cracks on even moderate usage -The product description states it comes with a 1080p screen, but the laptop I received came with a 720p quality screen. -In all other aspects, the laptop is pretty good but you'll find better options at a lower price point
1> ACER has a very minimal number of service centres in INDIA probably that may be one of the reason why they dont proudly display service centre details on their website . 2> To add to the lower service centre problem each service centre caters to only few specific acer product ex. one for TAB one for Laptop etc . 3> I am talking about Delhi as i was here at that time and in whole of delhi there is only one service centre which repairs this ACER tab , as this cebtre is quite far from my location i asked the call centre guy where is next nearest service centre and she gave address of a service centre in AHmedabad , so pathetic and her explaination is her system is showing next nearest as ahmedabad for guy who is standing in delhi . This shows there employees are as dumb as their products . 4> Found out acer products are very delicate and slightest amount of rough handling due to daily usage will land you in search for servicecentre . so be prepared for that . 5> i have used Dell, samsung , motorola , nokia and never faced this kind of an issue getting the product serviced under warranty
I'm happy with this laptop. It's good for normal gaming application. Speed is good. I prefer to buy. I faced issue with my keyboard which was fixed by customer service for free of cost That time was under warranty period. I prefer to buy this laptop if you ok with this spec. As it have good performance
