The magazine honored workforce learning and supporting technologies including innovative learning initiatives that break new ground and also best-of-class examples that demonstrate clear superiority in their field of expertise. Winning organizations, teams and individuals were chosen by a panel of judges who scored entries, logging in many hours to select the best.

"Our judges deemed the winners to be the most effective and innovative projects and products in workplace learning and assessment today. We're pleased to bestow the awards honour on such a distinguished group," said Executive Editor Rob Clarke.
“We are delighted to be the recipient of this prestigious award,” said Vikas Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director of Harbinger Group.

“This endorsement of Elicitus as ‘Best Authoring Tool’ echoes its growing momentum in the rapid authoring tools marketplace. We trust this recognition will further encourage eLearning practitioners to use Elicitus for highly interactive and visually appealing eLearning course creation.

Elicitus is being widely used by leading organizations like Infosys, Reliance Group, British Gas, United Nations and Hilton Hotels for developing training modules for induction training and product training.
