We’ve all been there. It’s late at night and you have to leave your bed for some reason. It might be to visit the bathroom to relieve yourself, or to the kitchen to fix yourself a midnight snack. However, turning on the light would be way too harsh for your eyes. Not to mention the fact that you might accidentally knock something over or stub your toe while looking for the light switch. This is where motion-sensing lights come into the picture. These handy little devices automatically turn on when they sense motion, so you don’t have to do anything. On top of that, they have a very soft light, which should be easy on your eyes. Here are some notable motion-sensing lights available on Amazon. Do note that these products were selected based on the features that they offer.

Sensky Sensor Night Lights LED Auto Night Light

This motion-sensing night light from Sensky comes with a dusk-to-dawn sensor that ensures that the lights only come on at night. It also comes with two modes, ‘On’ and ‘Auto’. When in On mode, the light behaves like your regular light, while the Auto mode turns on the sensor. It should also be noted that when the Auto mode is turned on, the backlight stays on for 60 seconds, which should be plenty of time for most people.

Mr. Beams MB723 Battery-Powered Motion-Sensing LED

This set of motion-sensing lights from Mr Beams is available in a set of three. So you can light up an entire hallway if you want. It is also weatherproof, so you can use it outdoors if you want. The motion sensor in these lights can detect movement up to 15-feet and automatically turn off after 30 seconds if no further motion is detected. On top of this, these lights are also smart enough to know what time of the day it is. So they only turn on when it is night.

Litake Motion-Sensing Battery Powered LED

This set of motion-sensing lights form Litake is powered by three AAA batteries. So you don’t have to worry about having power sockets in the right locations or having to wire them into place. All you need to do is attach it to any wall using a double-sided adhesive pad. These lights have a range of about 7-11-feet and automatically power off after about 15-31 seconds of inactivity. This should help conserve battery power.

Wipro Sensor LED Light with Motion Detector

This light form Wipro has a range of about three to five meters and a 120-degree area of detection. This should ensure that the lights always turn on when someone walks by. If it detects either no movement for 30 seconds or a strong light source, it will turn itself off. Like the lights mentioned above, it too works with three AAA batteries, so it can be placed anywhere.
