I received it on time and was handled very carefully. I got a very good deal for this AC, LG being a trustworthy brand did not dissapoint me. Getting this at a discounted price and cash back, I would definetly say this is a good buy. I am not giving a 5star just because I think LG can make this even better in the power consumption wise. Though this is better in power consumption when compared to the other brands of the same price

I have purchased two AC. One was voltas and another is LG. LG is good but outdoor is too noisy. Remote doesn't have light so hard to use in night. Voltas have more function and better cooling even with low price.

Purchased from seller: Cloudtail, Delivery as scheduled and hassle-free installation by professional technician within 24 hours. AC silently works as described, satisfied so far. The remote could have been more slim and night friendly, no backlight or night glow print.

LG has outsourced installation. Very pathetic and unprofessional staff for installation. The charge of 699rs is just a stupidity. They charge u for stuff which should be included in installation and raise your bill by another 1000rs minimum. Installtion people take ages to come with no proper response from amazon and lg either. Installation staff keeps their phone on reject mode. I kept waiting for two days at home and when they turned up all they said is engineer to fit the ac will come after two days. Wasted my time. Had i been informed of the process, wouldnt have wasted my time sitting at home. Product is good but the installation staff and response is completely third rated.

Hats-off to the Amazon delivery, earlier I was little skeptical about them delivering a large and heavy item and I was worried alot but they delivered it on time and SAFELY! I AM POSTING THIS REVIEW AFTER AROUND 1.5 MONTH USAGE and I can say for sure that it's energy efficient, I use it for around 7-8 hours daily and our one month bill was ₹2000, in this bill amount we should also consider other appliances' usage and day to day electricity use. So yeah, it's great! Thanks Amazon.

The size of the indoor unit looks very small just like a 0.5 ton AC . This is suitable for a smaller room and certainly not for living room . The reason being is the smaller size which in turn given lesser throw. Not a good choice if you are living in Top floor.

AC is good but installation fellow will cheat you. Even he has taken away remote stand. LG customer care and Amazon response sucks

Product is good but LG customer service is very Bad. I have to wait for 10 day after delivery. i have pay myself and install AC. I was taken followup many time but no one respond.

I bought it during Great Indian Festival at a net price of Rs 31000. An inverter AC at this price is unbelievable. As there was issue with the courier partner, the AC was delivered after a month of ordering. And in the meantime the weather changed and we don't need to operate AC now. So I will provide feedback on it functionality during summer. But AC looks cool, the indoor unit is very compact and remote is classy.
