It should b noted that the game has already launched in other South Asian countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Bangladesh.

The news comes almost two weeks after the developers teased the India launch of PUBG Lite. The company updated the cover image its Facebook page to a silhouette of the Taj Mahal. As the name suggests, PUBG Lite is a lighter version of the original PC game, and it can run on less powerful systems and/or areas with patchy internet connectivity. The minimum requirements for the game is 4GB RAM, 4GB storage, 2.4GHz Core i3 processor and Intel HD Graphics 4000 GPU.
