Karbonn's new Android 5-inch smartphone/phablet, A25, is now up for sale via various online stores. Saholic is offering the Karbonn A25 for Rs. 6590, while Infibeam has listed the smartphone at Rs. 6,990.
The Karbonn A25 supports dual-SIM (GSM GSM), runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. The smartphone has a 5-inch display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. It sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and VGA front camera. The A25 has 512MB of ROM and 512MB of RAM. The expandable storage capacity of the phone is 32GB.
For connectivity, the Karbonn phablet supports GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and GPS. (There's no 3G). There's a 2000mAh battery.
Karbonn's A25 comes shortly after the company introduced Smart A111, featuring 5-inch display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and dual-SIM. The Smart A111 takes on the Micromax Canvas 2 A110 and Canvas HD A116. Read more about the Karbonn Smart A111 here.
