ATEN Unveils New Video Matrix Switches

ATEN International, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of advanced connectivity solutions, has expanded its range of video products with the introduction of the Video Matrix Switch series which allows users to deliver video and audio signals from their computers to several video display devices (monitors or video projectors) and speakers.

The 2-port VS-0202 transmits the signals of two computers to two video display devices and speakers; the 4-port VS-0204 and VS-0404 allow video and audio signals to be routed from two or four computers to up to four video display devices and the speakers.

The Video Matrix Switches are designed for presentations and fields of application in which information from several computers need to be delivered to multiple destinations. The devices duplicate and enhance the video signals over distances of up to 65 meters with a video bandwidth of up to 300 MHz. Via front panel pushbuttons the user can conveniently select the source device for each video display. As the connected video display devices independently show the video input from any source device, users can simultaneously view the various input signals on each output monitor.
